Family Dollar review: Service

Every time I have gone into the Family dollar in Beatty NV, I have seen only an Assistant Managers and maybe 1 cashier there and never the store manager the topping on the cake was when I went into the store on Friday evening around 6pm when I went there, the only person working was the cashier and no other employees there with her. She was trying to run the register and clean up things around the store since there was a lot of stuff on the sales floor. I feel this is really unfair to the cashier to be left alone at nighttime on a Friday night. I have overheard workers complaining about the store manager not working the hours that she puts down on the schedule when they are on the phone talking with others. Why are we paying a manger salary, and she is not there the hours she is supposed to be, wasn't that the problem with the last store manager always leaving? The last store manager that had this store up and running 100% and always doing the job was Jeremy, he might have left for an emergency call, but he always came back to check in and work his hours for the day. Why is it so hard for the store to keep good managers and have them doing their job? If you happen to walk in the store there is a cart of Christmas that has been there for about 2-3weeks now. Since I have been going to this store a lot, I have noticed things. All the managers in the Beatty day parade how does that work when a manager is supposed to be there at all times?
