I made reservations for a truck last week. I went to pick it up this morning and they told me they was going to call soon as in comes in. I asked how long will that take because I have to check into Airbnb at 7pm. I've been calling them they put me on hold and never answer. I had plans to take my family out of town and paid for the Airbnb which is not refundable. This is not acceptable at all
