I have used Enterprise before this time and happy with the service. I had to have work done on my car this last time and they use Enterprise which I had no problem with. The young representative was a fast talker and kept saying about the rental. I'm 81 years old and listened to his conversation as much I could. When we started inside he kept saying a charge for the rental. I kept saying that this would be paid for by my insurance. He said that this was correct but I needed to pay this amount at this time. The cost was $148.00+. I questioned him but paid the amount. Then he called me during the last days of last week and said that I had paid up until the 7th of June and needed to pay up to June 9th. I said I was confused as to why He was asking me to this amount. I called my insurance agent and he placed me on hold and called Enterprise. Said it is collision insurance. I said if he would have used those words I would have said I have insurance and didn't need anymore. He (Ken) said he would e-mail me my contract which I never received. When I went in and questioned the girl on Monday she cancelled the two days plus one and ran off the contract. I live in this small town but have lost all confidence in how Ken handled talking to me and talking so fast that if he mentioned insurance I would have heard it. Finally found information on where everything was on the car down in the spare tire location. I asked the girl who gets the insurance information and she said Enterprise. Well welcome to almost $200 of my money which I can't afford losing.
Desired outcome: Better explanation of what Enterprise is seeling
I still work so it isn't I can't comprehend what is being said but your employees need to talk slower and address that it is insurance related.
