I am from sa I flew into cambodia on the 25th of october for a 3 weeks stay I also purchased a return ticket for 12 november back to johannesburg with my return flight ticket I paid exstra just incase I decided to say a bit longer, I then contacted edreams customer surport to cancel my ticket on the 4 november of which the total amount they wanted to give me back sounded ridiculous I was very upset with the refund total, I then believed that everything was ok as after that conversation I received a email confirming my camncellation and also the amount I will be refunded in 7 to 10 working days, on the 15/16/17 of november I contacted the surport centre again asking when will I receive the money as nothing has come throught, I was then told that I will not receive the cancellation money as (I was not happy with the amount stated)
I dont believe these people are saying this I accepted that I was only getting that amount as a refund even though I was angry about it, now they saying because I was not happy they are not paying me the amount. This is the email I received today from them,.. Dear customer,
