eDreams Flight cancelled due to Covid 9 months ago...still waiting for refund!

I booked a flight on this site back in September 2020, which was cancelled due to COVID. The status of my refund according to their website says it has been refunded by the airline and is waiting to be transferred to my credit card account, but 9 months later, it still has not. I've tried calling, emailing, everything but no answers or real people to talk to. This seems to be a recurring theme with eDreams and I don't see how they are allowed to keep operating at this level of scumbaggery. I want my money back which I'm rightfully owed!

eDreams Cancelled flight by agent error

Hi. I have had an telephone customer servicr agent who cancelled my flight by error and are refusing to refund me. I raised a complaint with their call quality department but they refuse to accept the error and do not want to refund me. I always get put through to a call centre in india who are not helpful.

I spoke to another agent to request the data they hold on their system including the call that was being listened into who has refused to provide the information and just put me on hold for a very longtime, he also refused to provide his name and the reason being is that this is confidential

eDreams Paying twice for the same trip

Reference number7258942892, Booking Cairns-Brisbane, Mon 20thSept 2021, Brisbane-Cairns Fri. !st. Oct 2021, for Vannan Fay, Adult, Aidan Fay, Child, Riley Fay child. Paid and quoted full price $1189.29 which has been paid in full. Now we also have a payment that has been taken out our account for $964 Attachments 2021-SAL7-[protected].pdf which i dont understand. please can you help me understand this, Kind regards, Jeanette Fay

eDreams booking 2 flights instead of one and charging for both of them.

I booked a flight brisbane to bundaberg on 25th may. EDREAMS booked 2 flights to brisbane and one brisbane to bundaberg. Iwas charged for 3 flights and complained on the 26th with a case no:2279604. They sent me a printout of the charges for the one flight to brisbane and thats it. I have emailed that many times and had heaps of messages from them to upgrade and motels and car deals. I have even emailed the ceo with no response. I am well and truly over this and going to take it consumer affairs if i dont get my refund of $293.00 witch doesnt even include their $40 fee. I better get a response as this is REDICULOUS.

eDreams Lost my vacation time, money and hope!

After countless hour of search on the e dreams site, I finally found the flights that suit my vacations plans, I bough two tickets for me and my girl with a with a big smile in my face. At first it seem weird that they send me and Email saying the confirmation of the flight was not completed, but seconds after I received a second one telling me everything was Ok. They also ask me to download the e dreams app for an easier understanding of the proceses and status of the entire trip. I was thrilled to see everything was confirmed, all green lights. The day of the flight came and as I was looking for my flight to make the web check in, I noticed I couldn't find It so I dig deeper, it turns out the flight was cancelled and no one told me a thing, no emails, no app. Imagine de terror of having a hole vacation plan crumbling before your eyes. I contact the help center via chat and It didn't help at all, the machine said I was getting an email with a solution that never arrived, so I had to make a 30 minute long distance call to England, it turns out the flight was never confirmed and the app and mail were wrong, never the less they charge the whole thing to my credit card. Their only solution was to refund my money (10 day wait) without taking a bit of responsibility for the disaster. Its awful to loose my vacation and money, covid testings and appointments in NY. Im so disappointed that id like to file a formal complain either here or on some international agency. Attached you'll find the Emails, confirmations and app screenshots.

Please be aware!

eDreams Flights - booking reference [protected]

I booked a flight for myself and my family to fly from Washington CD to Las Vegas via Chicago on 16th Aug 2020. The flight was cancelled by the airline due to Covid. It has been now nearly one year and I have not received a refund yet (£475.40). I wrote five times to eDream to enquire and received two responses. The second and last response was dated 10th Feb 2021 and read as follows: "Apologize for the inconvenience caused. As we cross-checked your reservation, we can see that refund request is already raised and it is pending for airline authorization."
I would appreciate your help here. I do not think I have been impatient.

eDreams I have not received my refund

I made flight reservations through Edreams on May 25, 2020 for a roundtrip from Tampa (TPA) to Ft Lauderdale (FLL) for December 2020...Silver Airways going and American coming back. My card was charged separately for the flights on May 26...$105.67 by Edreams and $50.10 by American.

eDreams booking reference is [protected]. On November 11 2020 I was informed that my booking was affected by an airline schedule change...Silver Airways cancelled my flight on December 1.

After informing eDreams that the event I was attending in Ft Lauderdale was cancelled, they were supposed to cancel the return flight on American (which they did not do). I received a message from American a couple days before my booked return that it was almost time to check-in so I called American directly and cancelled. At that time i was unaware that the American charge was separate from the eDreams charge so American said to recoup my funds from eDreams.

I filed the refund request on eDreams website and waited and waited and waited for refund of both charges which hasn't happened even though their site says that my request has been "processed".

Hope this is enough information to clarify the dispute and receive my refund.

eDreams Refund for cancelled air travel not received

We booked a flight through eDreams from France to Portland, OR, scheduled for July 2020. The flight was cancelled by the airlines and we were notified of that by eDreams on July 8, 2020. We were told a refund would be forthcoming. I have contacted eDreams numerous times (via website/chat and by phone) and been told my refund is being processed. I have also been given wrong information about when I would see the refund; how I could contact someone to discuss the delay; etc. It is nearly 11 months since the flight was cancelled and we still have no refund and now I can't even get in touch with eDreams via chat--only receiving an automated message that my refund is in process and nothing else can be done. Now, the EU specifies refunds must be processed within 7 days so I don't believe for a minute that this is an issue with the airline; it is squarely on eDreams.

Desired outcome: Full refund of my flight cost, as promised.

eDreams Refund not provided

Flight was cancelled by airline in April 2020 due to COVID. More than a year later, after numerous requests and promises, this $3000 refund has still not been provided by eDreams.

In addition:
- Call center puts on hold for 20 minutes, then disconnects the call
- Chat service unresponsive
- Emails sent about refund status are not only false ("refund has been issued") but full of spelling errors

eDreams Refund not provided

My flight was cancelled a year ago(May) and I raise a refund request last year in June. This year March a representative told me that they have my money refunded from airlines, and planning to refund within 1 week. Made many calls after that but they always come up with an excuse.
My booking id is [protected] and I paid € 1, 227.34.

eDreams Refund flight

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Travel Agents

The issue that I have experienced was: Book a return ticket to Lisbon but unfortunately part of the booking was not confirmed and eventually then eDreams cancelled my return flight but not the outbound flight to Lisbon.
I have tried to explained that if they can't give me my return flight I need a refund of my booking as we can't no longer go to Lisbon .
They have refused to refund me my outbound flight as they said this was confirmed despite the return flight being decline .
They only want to refund me the return flight ( with wiz air ) but not the outbound flight (easyjet ) .
EDreams is forcing us to accept part of the booking and we can not accept this.

It occurred on: 2021-04-27

This meant that Instead of s return flight we are now left with part of the booking which is single flight no return

We need refund of all the booking ( not just part )as they didn't give us what we have payed for which was a return flight to Lisbon from Lutton
When we book this on eDreams they have taken the full payment for the booking ( return flight )

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.

eDreams No refund after 8 month / customer service is a disgrace

Booked a flight with edreams on the 19.12.19 from Lisbon to Cape Town on the 20.12.19 and a return flight from Cape Town to Lisbon on the 01.12.2020. I paid approximately EUR 1600. In August 2020 I got an email advising that my flight got changed. I got another email in September that it got changed and in October I got an email that I will be refunded. In December I got an email that I got a refund. However no mention of amount and on my bank account I cannot see the refund. Due to Covid I expected delays so waited a couple of month before reaching out to them again. I ask if they can advise me about my refund as I haven't recieved it nor do I know the amount. the email got ignored. I then spoke to the customer service team who advised that they cannot see my flight for the 02.12.2020 and that I am not entitled to a refund as I taken the flight on the 20.12.2019. I advised that there are two flights and that I can send them my confirmation email. Every time they just hang up! (I can give you time of calls so you know I am not making things up). No money for the flight they have cancelled and no one that wants to help me with it

I am unable to unsubscribe from their email list. I have tried 4 times already. I have googled how to do it and find that I am not the only one who has unsubscribed but keep receiving their annoying emails.

eDreams Constant flight changes and cancellations that lead to chaos

In the beggining of February 2021 me and my friend have made two separate bookings via eDreams but on the same flights from Belgrade to Maldives. We made our payments and got our booking confirmations. The flights are booked for April 14th.
On February 14th our nightmare begins. Both of us receive an email that there has been a significant change to our booking and we have learned that our flight was cancelled. They are offering either a reschedule or a refund. Because we have already booked our hotel we decided to reschedule. In the meantime I got an email that they have provided me with the option to fly from Belgrade to Frankfurt, that Frankfurt Doha and Doha Maldives. My friend was never been offered that option and after countless hours wasted with the call center operators she had to rechedule for April 13th, and I was due to fly in on April 14th as originaly planned but with an additional stop during the departing flight.
It is now March 2021 and my friend gets an email that there has been a significant change to her booking. The flight scheduled for April 13th has been cancelled. She is yet again waisting time and money trying to get trough their call centre and resolve the situation. She mentions what option has been offered to me to which she is ignored and being told that that option is impossible and it just can not be done. They are escalating her request and she is beeing told that she will receive an answer within the next 24h, and when that passes she is told to wait the next 24h and so on. In the end she makes a deal with them to transfer her back to the first cancelled flight on April 14th that has now magically reappeared again. She had to pay a fee to be transferred back to the flight she was originally booked on.
It is now April 9th and we are scheduled to depart in the few days. I log on to the airliner website to check my booking and here is what I can see I am scheduled to depart from Frankfurt to Doha on April 14th but my flight from Belgrade to Frankfurt is missing even though I got my confirmation from eDreams. Yet again, after hours and hours of trying to reach them I get the answer that my request has been escalated and that I will be receiving an update within 24h on something that they themselves messed up.
I am tired, discusted and extremely dissatisfied with their service and horrified how incompetent and fradulent they are.

Desired outcome: 1. To get rebooked to my flight to Franfurt 2. To be put back on my original fliht 3. A refund

eDreams Edream is a scam agency

I bought two tickets from Antaly to Milan and Edream try to scam me asking me that I had to ask a refund and the ticket was canceled so I call Turkish Airlines and I asked them and they say the ticket wasn't canceled so edream tells you to ask for a refund so they can get the money and never give it to you back
Edream it's a scam agency they tell you they will give you the money back in four months to six months for money back and they will never give you the money back I hope the police or federal agency will catch them

eDreams airline ticket

I booked via E dreams to go from Rapid City, SD USA to Chadron NE, to Denver, CO so I could change flights to Frontier Airlines to Dallas TX (DFW) via reference number [protected]
Flights: Botique Airlines (small 8 seater airplane) flight 4B0711 Booking reference AB25PD 12:30 departure 29/3/21 was canceled and even though I have travel insurance, they are refusing to cooperate either for a refund or re booking.
Other unused boarding pass I have is for flight 4B0717 Ref AB25PD full on Wednesday as they only fly twice a week.
Flight was canceled due to high winds and could not land, had to turn around and go back to Nebraska.

eDreams eDreams has left me stranded in America

I booked a flight from London to New York through edreams. Once in New York virgin cancelled the flight and I was sent an email saying that I could get a new flight as long as I flew before the 31st of May. I have called 15 times, been put on hold for hours, had multiple promises to me broken and been stranded in America for weeks. I have never been so poorly treated by any company in my entire life. This has cost me thousands of dollars an a huge amount of emotional distress. I would love nothing more than to sue them.

Desired outcome: A flight back to London as promised and redress for the costs associated with their lies.
