eDreams flight

I booked flights to Spain this December for myself and my daughter with edreams.
I then realised I couldn't be away at that time due to work commitments so I tried to cancel them. I had signed up for cancellation insurance when booking but when I spoke to an adviser on the phone I was told I couldn't cancel and get a refund, I could only re-book for a different date. I decided against my will to re-book for April. I had booked extra bags on the original ticket. My ticket was changed to one with no extra luggage and which can not be changed again, despite being told otherwise by the adviser.

I am appalled at this treatment and want to request a full refund

eDreams Flight

What on earth kind of scam is this? After showing me a price for the flight I went ahead and booked. They charged me MORE than the flight price said AND double the price on an extra bag. I tried to call within the 24hr free cancellation limit no one answered. I called today and told them about what happened they tried to argue with me that I booked an extra bag back and forth which I DID NOT, I even had screenshots as proof and the guy I talked to said it must've been a technical glitch. He suggested to file a complaint. I fly out on Thursday this is very stressful and disappointing someone needs to take care of this.

eDreams Unauthorized credit card charge

I tried booking flights from Johannesburg to Cape Town online. I could not proceed since the website notified that my card declined. I closed the browser and did not proceed with the booking only to be charged R4, 640.80. This wasn't even the price of the ticket displayed on the page.
I cannot speak to a consultant as I do not have a confirmed booking and the robot attending to the query cannot assist either.
I do not know what else to do.

eDreams edreams

Our holiday was cancelled due to covid. I was told on 9 th June refund applied. Still no refund. Endless calls with endless lies in return. Keep getting told that it's been sent. I've contacted virgin who claim they haven't had a request. eDreams say they've sent it. However no one will put me through to a complaints department or even a Team Leader. £1500 they owe me how crazy. Also they said give it 120 days after that I rung credit card company and you can't claim back after 120 days. Clearly they knew that and I didn't.

eDreams Refund

Bought a ticket back in august, checked the status edream received it but is on queue to get refunded. Four months later still waiting. Edreams is a bunch of crooks and I will find any way or information on how to do a lawsuit againt edreams.

I spoke to emit said as well 7 to 10 days i'll receive it... Still waiting.

Please looknat the pictures attach, they keep sending me this email, its been 4 months.

eDreams Refund

I booked a flight through edreams and two days later I received a notification to say that the flight was cancelled, there is no way I can get hold of edreams. The emails are not working, they return as non existing and there are no numbers avaialbe in our country to call. This is the worst company to deal with.
I have to leave in 4 weeks and now have to buy another ticket. Pl s help resove this for me.

eDreams Unauthorized credit charge

I tried to book round trip flights from sea to ind on nov 16 2020 with your site edreams... Your website kept saying there was an error and could not be processed. After several attends of trying to book the flights... I ended up booking else where. Unknowingly to me, edreams then decided to process the flights. I called, I chatted with your website with in hours on the same day.. Trying to get resolve... One agent told me I had to provide my checking acct info so they could process it even though I did not pay with my checking acct I used a credit card. Another agent told me I had to go thru the airlines which I did and was told by them it was edreams responsibility and it states that on their website. So again I called edreams cs with no resolutions. The flights was booked after saying it could not be booked then went ahead and booked it... All im asking to be refunded which is due to me... Also some fee of 59.00 that I was charged for want I dont know thank you teri

eDreams Incorrect refund amount from Edreams

I cancelled a flight that I booked via Edreams South Africa. Although I paid for the option to get a full refund upon cancellation, and the airline also cancelled the whole flight, I was paid out R648.92 less than I was meant to be paid out (total was meant to be R10295.30 and I was only reimbursed R9646.38). The call centre is hopeless and does nothing to rectify the situation. Clients are just given the brush off and told to wait 72 hours each time they call the centres. I have read numerous complaints from other customers defrauded by the company. I just want my money back and I have no idea how to make this happen.

eDreams Service

A month ago I booked my ticket to fly to South Africa from China, transferring through Tapei, Taiwan. Only to find out that Taiwan has travel restrictions and we are not allowed to transfer through Taiwan. My flight is scheduled for the 26th November and 2 weeks before my flight departures I informed Edreams about not being able to transfer in Taiwan. They said they would try and find a different route/airline. They would have called me back within 72hours but nothing, next day I called again they said they'll call back within 24hours and nothing. I called again they said unfortunately I cannot change the route which still leaves me with a problem. They offer to give me a travel voucher to use in future. I don't want to use a travel voucher I want my money back immediately as I don't have money to buy another ticket as my previous ticket has also been cancelled. My visa has expired and I need to leave China as soon as possible. Edreams clearly does not understand the urgency of the matter! I have also spend a lot of money to call from China to UK. Their service has been nothing but pathetic. I would never ever recommend them. In the first place how are flights advertised that have border restrictions. This is false advertising!

eDreams Company as a whole - trying to change flight and trying to get a refund

I booked with Edreams in July 2020 for a flight to Jamaica via USA. I soon realised I could not fly via us due to coronavirus. I tried to call but the phone line makes you enter your booking number and will not let you speak with a person until 7 days before the flight.
I rang back 7 days before and was told to wait until the Saturday before my flight to see if the airline cancels. It didnt cancel.
Edreams is closed on weekends so I could not speak to anyone until 3 hours before my flight on the Monday morning.
I was told 3 different things - my flight was non refundable, I should gave claimed on my insurance - but now it's too late, it's my fsult - then finally I can ask for a refund.
From then it has been a complete mess.
The call centre is in India - everytime you call you get told to ring back in 4 days.
Nobody knows what they are doing.
In the end all the flights were cancelled.
I requested a refund in July. However they are claiming it was September 15th - 2 months later.
I'm still not getting anywhere with them.
I was told I would get £760 back on the 15th September. Now all my 8 flights have been cancelled and I'm still nowhere closer to getting my money back. I cannot get through on the phone any longer as it will not accept my booking number.
The company basically took my money and ran.
I have booked another flight since that was cancelled, it was easy to change and I got my money back the next day. Why is Edreams taking so long? I have spoken with the airline Virgin and they cannot help as I stupidly booked through Edreams. However they refund all flights immediately.
I need my money back and cannot wait any longer.

eDreams Flights

I have booked flights in which I have been charged twice for the one booking! It has caused my bank to go into overdraft and made me unable to pay outstanding direct debits. I have been unable to get through to customer service as my booking is more than 14 days away and isn't classed priority! I will proceed with legal action if not resolved soon.

eDreams Booked ticket, got reference number but no confirmation and money is withdrawn from my bank

Date of incident Oct 24
I have booked ticket from Delhi (India) to JFK, NY USA. I received reference number but no confirmation number. I called them back to get confirmation and was told that flight is cancelled and I should get refund. It is 3 days since then but no refund. I try calling them and no response. Looking for help on how to contact them and get refund.

eDreams Flight refund

16th August we booked flights with edreams
2 weeks later the airline cancelled the flights
eDreams would not speak with until our flight was within 7 days
we contacted resolver and complained through them but again eDreams did not respond
I have emailed, written and again no communication from them
We were due to fly today - I have tried to call them again (as we are now flying within 7 days) and our booking reference number no longer exists so they wont speak to us
I am at a complete loss now to know how to get our money back, they owe us over £1200, I have lost my job due to covid and we really need our money back
Please can you help

eDreams Cancelled flight / withholding funds edreams booking reference: 6668926625

I have been waiting in excess of 3 months to hear anything regarding a cancelled flight from Vancouver to South Africa.

The eDreams portal clearly states that the flight has been cancelled (by the airline) and I have send 3 emails but with just generic responses.

It is incredibly frustrating to have to wait this long to get any reply.

I simply want an update as to where you are with the refund of my over $3000 !
Furthermore I was happy to rebook new flights with eDreams but after this abysmal treatment how would one use your company in good faith again ?

Hopefully now I would get a response, but it is so sad how one needs to escalate to a complaints board just to get a response.

eDreams Refund not yet issued

Hi, Please help me to get my refund back from edreasm travel agency.
my Booking ref. is 5074772633.

They are not returning my money. I am paying huge interest to my credit card because of this booking.

I called Airlines but they deny me to return my refund and ask to contac edreams. Edreams did not respond to customer services.

eDreams Return fare

I purchased a return fare Gatwick to Tobago returning in May. The flight was cancelled by Virgin Atlantic due to borders in Trinidad and Tobago being closed (they still), I never heard anything from Eddreams. Since then I have lost count of the number of times I have been useing their robot voice. I in error requested a refund and I have been trying to change it to a rebooking but have reached a total impass.In desperation I booked a new flight and paid 770 sterling and of course this flight has been cancelled. I have very rarely come across such an impossible system for communication. I have two references [protected] and [protected]. I also phoned their London number and the automatic voice told me they did not recognise the first reference (I believe the second reference is Virgin Atlantic. What I would like is the refund application be cancelled and the first fare restored and of course the second booking sum be repaid.

eDreams Refunds not received

Me And my husband bought a trip to Tenerife on 3 august 2020 but because of the Corona virus we decieded to change the date and we sent eDreams a mail to as for change out trip. They mailed us back and said we are not a priority for now. We waited and some weeks before our trip we sent another email and they said the changi g is in proces. After 3 augut 2020 we had no answer so we fot angry and asked for refounds. They did not maild us back so we called. They said they understand the situation amd will sent us our money back 1500 euros. After no answers we called again and again and they said to wait for their email. Today is october and we have no email, no any sign from them
