when you buy a dozen donuts you not aloud to put any donut sticks in the box. I was told only the round ones are part of the dozen the sticks are extra. I just was wondering do you pay someone more money to make a line then a circle. I feel this just another way to ripe off the consumer.

After waiting 10 minutes for 4 cars to move, I slugged a disgusting amount of ice tea with French vanilla coffee aftertaste. I will definitely go back to McDonald's for their tea.

I had to wait an half hour for them to get my breakfest sandwich I had to go an ask them where it was. The manager and help were talking with friends

I have had poor service, dirty floors and tables, attitude problems from managers and employees, cold or barely heated egg sandwich, and no accomodation for special orders!

In more than 10 dunkin donuts...I blame the main office that does nothing to help the consumer...It is unfortunate that they don't take the consumer seriously!

Time will tell in this economy!

Our office goes here 2 to 3 times a week. EVERY time, there is a mistake.! The employees are too busy giggling and laughing to pay attention to our order. We will look for somewhere else to go. Everyone in town has horror stories of this service.

No Employees Need to cut the ###ing ### off. in this one week i have had 5 sandwichs made WRONG! NOOO CHEESE! i get a sandwich with cheese ok but a sandwich with only cheese im so ###ing sick of it!

I asked the guy for a Latte, and he gave me tea instead.
When I gave him the coupon he was like, "what?" and thought I want another. It was for the last one, ###!
Very bad attitude and service.

i am so tired of wasting my hard earned money . is it so hard to make a coffee the way the customer asks for it to be made they cant even put a donut in a bag right who the hell trains these people . no more i will make my own

have three gift cards and they all show balances, but will not scan at the stores. What do I do now that I am out all this money?

I can't stand cheapness of DD these days. I pay almost $3 for a stupid bagel with CC and theres no cream cheese?!
what's the problem, why is there no cream cheese put on the damn bagel..This was like the third time! No more Dunkin Donuts for me or my family...How cheap can u be! Not like when I was a kid...Your company has gone to the dogs or should I say foreigners! Good Riddens!

I wanted iced decaf small coffee. The menu board said it was $1.49 I had $2.00 when i pulled up to the window the girl said it's $2.39 total $2.53 (w/tax) for a small iced decaf..that's NUTS!
She said yes ice is an extra $.90 charge WHAT? For ice?
This can't be true.

EVERY SINGLE TIME i order they mess it up.. i say sweet tea, they say sweetened or unsweetened? then someone else asks me the same thing. then they get my extremely simple order wrong.. how hard is it to put 2 of a certain type of donut in a bag? i don't know what the deal is.

I have in the past used dunkin' donuts for my morning coffee and sandwhich bagel, but after repeated order mistakes and most resint, being over charged by 10 dollers for a told 3 dollar breakfeast. I have found that this company needs severe management and quality control work.

Today I was in the Dunkin Donuts on Burnt Mill Road in Cherry Hill, NJ. I go to this shop almost daily for iced coffee on my way to work and normally use the drive thru. Today I went to the counter where there were a few other patrons being waited on. The counter man took my order, which was an Iced Latte Lite and a donut. He repeated my order and said "you want an iced latte LITE and a DONUT?" I confirmed this and he said "That doesn't make sense". I thought he was joking although he was not smiling and said "well they balance out". He said "why would you get a lite drink and a donut"? I was incredulous and said "you really aren't using good salesmanship here" and he said "I'm not talking as a salesman, but wonder why you would do that". He kept bugging me while he prepared the order then said "Do you want whipped cream too"? I said no that really isn't a lite latte. Then he said "Why don't you just get a regular Latte and no donut". I really could not believe this guy. The other customer at the counter was stunned too. Finally he gave me my order and STILL said "You made your choice, it was a good one, but I still think it makes no sense". I said "well thats the last time I come in here" and left. What kind of customer service is this? They lost me as a customer and at least a few others who witnessed this.

i've been going to this place for 3 years, they're coffee is always burnt and gross, they have crazy hours and are never open and this morning they were out of all bagels and whatever else if you make the mistake of going in when there is anybody else in there your looking at atleast a 20 minute wait for coffee

on jan 15th i went to dunkin donuts, the employee valerie was was rude, had an attitude, and rushed me thru my order and gave me the wrong order, i had to drive all the way back to the store and get the right order

I'm jealous. there are not DDs where I live. WAAAH.

Worker refused to return unopened bottle of water because the manager was not there. Worker spoke in Spanish assuming I did not understand her when she told a co-worker the real reason she was not returning my money was because the manager said not to return anything.

Is this Dunkin Donuts a Franchise or a Corp that you are speaking of? Most Dunkin Donuts are individually owned I believe, so to list Dunkin Donuts as a negative on this thread really is not helping anyone since it's probably a one off situation, but you are entitled to your opinion, but I would not take this post and consider every Dunkin Donut's to get a bad rap. You should also be careful to harm another's reputation over minor disputes and this is very minor!

One of the busiest and worst run DD's I have ever been in. This is a seasonal tourist area and they have the attitude that 'no need to be first rate, and the one will be right behind you'. Limited selection of product and poor service. AND NO SENIOR DISCOUNT!

This is one of the best complaints ever! For anyone who has ever worked retail, this is the type of thing you want to say to customers, but never do. A customer does or says something completely ridiculous, but you have to be polite and don't say anything. Bravo to this guy for actually saying something. How funny.

I can not get a consistent drink at Dunkin Donuts. I just paid $4.00 for a Cappuccino with no froth for about the 5th time. I will not be going back, as I find it unacceptable to spend that much on lukewarm milk.

While i agree with you, that DD has been suffering in quality decreases over the years, i just wanted to point out something...you say there is "inconsistency" yet also say that you got your drink with no froth for "the 5th time." This would imply consistency, or else you would have had a different result every time. There is consistency at DD...they are consistently horrible. Their donuts are getting smaller, as well. My coworkers bring them in, and they seem smaller every time, except the munchkins, but i'm sure people would notice if those got smaller. Many of the DDs in my area (when i was younger; i don't waste my time there anymore) would be out of every donut except an undesirable flavor by 5 pm. Also recently in a DD near Union Square in NYC, i had a full bladder and (DD being the only food location on the block) promised i'd buy something to use their bathroom, to which the guy laughed and said "not for customers." I then went on as long of a tirade as my bladder would allow me to, as it is NEW YORK STATE LAW to provide a bathroom for customers if you sell food and drinks (especially hot drinks that run right through you). This didn't change the employee's mind, and if i didn't have to go so bad, i would have raised hell for them.
My advice...find a nice, local, independantly-owned coffee shop, and allow your drinks to be made by a barista instead of handed to you by a fast food employee after taking it off of the machine that makes everything.
And yes, I used to LOVE DD. At one point, the one i went to often was employed and staffed and even managed by 6 of my friends and no one else, and i had never seen as good of customer service at a location before or since.
So good luck finding a better coffee shop.

Dunkin Donuts had a good thing going but they have changed. Their coffee tastes like luke warm dishwater & the tea isn't any better.

I visit the dunkin donuts at Melbourne, Florida (Eau Gallie Road store) quite often. There seems to be little training for their new employees.

Several times I have waited while the server went for help in filling and ringing up orders. Once, late at night a blue shirted employee was outside in a car smoking when I went inside. I don't think the smoke was tobacco ?

Gave 20.00 dollors for a 3.00 dollor drink got back only 7.00 dollors back did not want to give me back my money will never go to anether dunkin donuts again plus pay 7.5% tax when tax is only 6.25% they rip u off.

Ice/cold drinks are usually more expensive.

Today i went to the dd drive in at Bannanier and Rt 37 in Toms River NJ. I ordered a large Pumpkin Spice. It was very hot, so I waited until I got home to drink it. Imagine my disappointment when i found it was regular coffee. I will certainly let them know next time i go back there.

Dunkin Donuts at touristy Haymarket MBTA Bus station. Gloved F slouching, male at register, no greeting. Ordered 1 small decaf and hot apple pie. F no change in gloves, grabs apple pie. I ask M to intstruct her to change gloves, he refused. Asked F directly she refused! Returned the dirty pies to the bin and grabbed them with no gloves. Asked for mgr, not available. M scribbled Manjit, no business card, then refused to write F name. (HIRA from name tag). F got abusive, then swore SALLI? under her breath. Not hispanic, Paki-Indian? I walked out, unsanitary, appalling.

I'm writing this complaint in response to poor service two out of the three times I stopped at a Dunkin Donuts in two days. First one was on western avenue in Albany, NY. It was the second time I had stopped there to go through the drive thru. The first time I waited five minutes and the line did not move once. I decided to run my errands and come back later. When I did the line moved quickly but up at the window I had gotten a hot cocoa instead of a pumpkin spice coffee and my toaste bagel with cream cheese was cold. I needed to get to an appointment and had no time to turn around and complain and get the right order. The second trip to Dunkin Donuts on New Scotland Ave in Albany was pleasant, maybe because my husband went in to the building and oredered. The third trip to the Dunkin Donuts in Duanesburg, NY was again not good maybe because we went through the drive thru I had ordered a pumpkin spice coffee with splenda and received a coffe with cream no splenda. I didn't realize this until we were on the highway because the coffee is too hot to drink right away. I know that turn over must be rediculous but is it really that hard to pour flavor into a cup and toast a bagel? I don't think I'll be running on dunkin anymore, Starbuck will have my business from now on.

This complain is to the one they call 'Ricky'. I am directing this to him because he is a mousey little ### who thinks he can mess with peoples hearts. His flawless chiseled face, ambiguous body, and dyed greenish-bluish hair. This boy is every mans dream, and my complaint is my broken heart, and my solo steak dinner date, I wish he had joined me.

I don't understand. The state tax is the state tax. Why would you be paying 7.5% only at Dunkin' Donuts?

Every time I go to this particular Dunkin Donuts they are allways out of donuts and the ones they do actually have are always stale. I always order a mocha iced coffee and no matter who makes it, it is always made horribly and always different. The staff are not friendly at all either. Very dissapointed. This is the one in Ocala right by the interstate, you would think they would be really good considering the location.

hello, i went several times of 361-1st ave, dunkin in Manhattan. i noticed 1 ting the employees are so rude. every time i went there ask for a bagel with toast . as long as i m a fan of dunkin donuts i know they suppose to be slice the the bagel and toast it. also i noticed that when the manager is present there they gave me correct way, if he is not there than they don't . doesn't matter how many times i asked them about it...

When in Chicago do NOT visit the Dunkin Donuts on Foster and Lincoln. The coffee is undrinkable, (how many times do they run the same filter?), the service rude and very slow

The store by my mother's house was selling the $10 coffee books at Christmas time last year. I received one of these as a gift from my mother. She bought several of these books. Now we find out that the same Dunkin Donuts where these books were bought - will not accept the coupons! She spent a lot of money on these books and now they can not be used anywhere near where we live! This is a total scam!

Is it a "participating locations only" type of thing?
