My once a week treat on friday, I went to 2061 chili ave dunkin donuts for a medium unsweetened ice tea - nothing more. I ordered in drive thru & with three cars ahead of me waiting for my order (over 12 minutes!) get to window and worker has back to me working on another order then turns around with bag ready. Not mine cause all I got was ice tea. Then tells me they have green tea but no one made ice tea this morning. Ok you open at 5 am and it's after 7 am and still no tea! And you didn't know that when I ordered! Wasted my time — will go to mcdonald for tea next time! No apology or anything. My husband goes pretty much every day and I can't wait to tell him this and i'm sure that he will change where he gets his morning orders as well. Too bad
