Dollar Tree review: services

I believe she's a manager. She was very rude and had a bad attitude. I went in there to return an item, but was unable to. She yelled at me and denied me of a refund. I understand she may not have been able to give me a refund but she didn't have to be rude and yell at me. Her service makes me never want to come back. This is not her first time being rude. She's always rude to me and other customers.
