On 3/3/2021 I dashed into the store, completely not realizing I didn't have my mask on. I grabbed my things and stood in line. When it was almost my turn, the sales associate rudely said, "I'm not ringing you up. No mask." I explained I forgot, did she have a mask, I d gladly put it on. Again, she rudely said no with an attitude. I turned to the woman behind me and said I'll be right back. The guy ahead of me was still dealing with his transaction and still wasn't done by the time I returned. The cashier told the woman behind me she could go ahead of me. When it was my turn she stared me down, locking eyes with me, really making me feel uncomfortable. That lasted for at least 30 seconds. It made feel threatened by her so much so I will not shop there fearful she would do something to me. It felt racist being that I'm Caucasian. Does she deal with all customers like this?
Desired outcome: She needs customer service training, racist training. Also, the receipt says her name is “Joshua†when she was a Latina female
