Dollar Tree review: manager not doing her job

I'm writing this email to file a former complaint against Bobbi the store manager at 508 S. Willow Ave Cookeville TN 38501.
The confrontation occurred in the office this morning Monday November 4th 2019. Bobbi was instructed by the district manager to put products out she called myself an the freight manager into her office and began to scream at us saying we should have put out the products that she was instructed to put out by the district manager. Bobbi was told by the freight manager that she was supposed to stock the products because that's her area to stock. Bobbie then raised her voice at us. Bobbi then stated " I'm the store manager you do what I tell you." Their is only one freight employee an the freight manager to stock the entire store during the time that this occurred. This is not the first time that Bobbi has tried to put her work off on the employees. There are numerous employees that have had problems with Bobbi. Bobbi is nit picking an I feel it's to get people to quit. I feel it would be in the best interest of this store to get a new manager that is going to do her job an not sit in the office vaping an on her phone an will treat her employees with respect. Bobbi has stated to many that she doesn't want to be here. Their are employees that's tills have been under by $30-$100 an this employee is being promoted to manager on duty. This employee is rude to customers and also sits on the phone with the manager that's training her in the office. Their are employees more qualified for this position and would like to do this job that have no complaint from anyone an are very well liked by customers as well as employees. I appreciate your time an would like to see actions taken before this dollar tree store is closed due to poor management. This is supposed to be a TEAM EFFORT Not who can have the most power.
