Dollar Tree review: Customer service and store appearances

I have been a shopper at Dollar Tree has opened at the location in Reidsville GA. Here recently it looks as Dollar Tree in Reidsville have lost management. Previous before me shopping at this location. I have never experienced boxes in each isle and the freezer section blocked h you could not get to the frozen foods. I asked a young lady name Brittany that was stocking at the time, to please clear the way so my mother and I could shop down the aisle side and get the freezer. Before I left the store the young lady was cleaning the isle and moved the equipment in front of the freezer so my mother could should get some frozen food. While shopping in the store I also notice that it was several employees on the clock just standing around, one even had music playing as she walked around the store. I thought that was rude, due to the music was playing loudly, and other people was shopping as well. I did mention to a employee she stated she would let management know. I have also had a run in with a red headed lady she didn't have a name tag on that day. She was very rude about the restroom. She stated she was cleaning it but her tone of voice and how she said it to me I thought I was very rude. A family member has already called the hot line concerning issues they have had at this store since old management has left. Also the floors on the food and snack aisle is filthy each time I go in their as if nobody is cleaning up the floors or stores at night. 01/06/2021 I went to go shop and the store is filthy. Trash and boxes are everywhere, floors are dirty, cashiers and managers standing around talking and laughing verse assisting customers or line at they register. It looks like poor management or hire manager needs to come down and hire or train. But I have seen this store in better standards then what I have seen the past November till now
