Dollar Tree review: balloon order

I went into the orange connecticut store on saturday august 31st andgave them my balloon order which I paid for before I left the store and said i'd pick it up between 6 and 8. I got there about 7:30 and they did not have my bones they said they do not have an order for balloons. So when I went to pick them out again they didn't have one of the bones so they made me a different one which was fine and after the three were made they didn't have any more helium and they could not get the tops on the new tank. First of all I needed those balloons to be somewhere at 8 I was late because of the malones I was able to get the three that were birthday ones but none of the ones to go around it. I believe it was a manager who came out of the office and said she had no balloon order papers so I showed her mine. She went back in the office to look again and said no I have nothing are you sure you're at the right dollar tree. I'm not that dumb I know which dollar tree I went to it's the only one in our area. Today I get a phone call from the girl who did my balloons asking me if I was coming in to pick up my balloons that I ordered for saturday. I explained to her what happened and she told me they were in the office all made ready to go. How did the manager not see the balloons in that little office already made the three times she went in there. It was bad enough I couldn't get the balloons that I wanted but then to get that phone call saying the balloons were in the office the whole time she made them early. I just wanted to let somebody know this because I was really ticked off that I couldn't have my balloons for this party number one and number two she had the nerve to ask me if I was at the right dollar store and then tonight I find out they were in the office the whole time and she never saw them.
