Great store, I have been a regular costumer for 4 years. I am a volunteer at church for many years and my job requires me to offer costumer service all day long. God forbid I treat 1 soul the same way I was treated by a new cashier they have currently. For the first time in 4 years I had the need to exchange 1 BAG of decorative rocks ( PRICE 1.00) for a different type of rocks. Walmart usually never makes a big deal about shopping and then exchanging, apparently it is at the dollar store I had no knowledge of this. So I proceeded to purchase the remaining supplies I needed to complete my daughter's Bday party decorations (My kids watched everything 6 and 8 year old). When I proceeded to the register the cashier asks me where was my receipt I said I didin't had it but I just needed to exchange she proceeded to ask me again if I was sure that I purchased this product if I was sure that I PURCHASED THE BAG OF ROCKS! She asked me when did I purchased the bag of rocks and why I didin't had my receipt ( all this was asked in a loud and accusing tone of voice).If I make a purchase of around 10.00 why would I have the need of grabbing a bag of ROCKS THAT COSTS 1.00... (Dosen't makes sense) she proceeded to explain the return policies in a very loud and accusing tone. As a Christian I won't allow myself to be tempted nor provoked by negativity. So I processed to put my head down and I didin't spoke after that. My kids asked why the cashier treated me that way I had no answer for them, since this was the first time in 4 years they see this behavior at this store. After exiting the premises Cashier was laughing together with the next costumer in line. Costumer Service shouldn't be a hard task if its done with a noble heart. Good luck
