To the owner/CEO of dollar tree. My name is Jose Suarez and I live in Monroe North Carolina. I'm writing you this letter because I want to make sure you were aware of the incident that happened on March/18/21 involving Tiffany Nicole Laney an employee at dollar tree at the 396 e Roosevelt blvd Monroe 28112 location. If my best friend Tiffany Nicole Laney didn't have a chemical imbalance in her brain. I wouldn't be writing this letter. Her heart is broke. And it's overwhelming. I am highly upset as well as Mr. Mark her long term boyfriend. A customer that Tiffany was attending a humble lady of course, came back with a $100 and gave it to Tiffany. And the manager of the store takes it from her. Which was returned days later. Knowing her disability. It put her in a nervous break down position, the audacity to do such a selfish act is uncalled for. She complains to me and Mark daily of how rude the manager is to her on a daily basis. So I'm writing you this letter so you could understand her pain. That left a scar on Tiffany to this day... Have a wonderful weekend. (My email is [protected]@icloud.com)
Desired outcome: With her condition, a direct apology and bonus in trade for the heart break.
