Dollar Tree

On Saturday, August 24th around 11:00 am I dropped my daughter off for work in the plaza on Cedar. While on Cedar I thought maybe I should get these bookbags and supplies at Dollar Tree since I'm already on Cedar. I pulled to the back of the parking lot, whereas the dollar tree truck was unloading merchandise for the store.

In about 500 feet there were three skids blocking the parking lot so customers would not park in front of the skids. I parked an additonal 300 feet from the skids where the fenced in shed is located. This employee leaves the docking area smoking a cigarette screaming and hollering I could not park there. You can park anywhere but right there you are blocking our truck, so I looked and I said I'm not blocking anyone and I certainly dont have a problem moving my truck but your demeador is totally unacceptable speaking to me in this manner and smoking a cigarette.

My issues are; first this employee was way out of line to even approach me with her hair standing on top of her head, unkept looking like she just rolled out of bed with wrinkle clothing and smoking. Secondly, my truck was almost 800 feet away from everything there was NO need for her to come and address me at all. The truck was no where near finished unloading when I was approached, and let's just say for the parking spot purpose if I was in the way she could not deliver her speech to me no differently?

She was angry, hollering, and yelling with that hair standing straight on top of her head. I've been employed many years and I must say in all my life this is the first employee that I witnessed looking very unkept, professional, and wrinkled representing a company while smoking a nasty cigarette.

Does Dollar Tree have no DRESS CODE/HAIR CODE? If not, implement one ASAP!

Although the employee appeared to be very anger, boiling hot attitude first thing in the morning leaves me to think that there is maybe some substance abuse going on. I cant believe this employee would just lash out in the parking lot at innocence people who are trying to shop or park.

On the other hand, what would not be a bad idea is just like the trucker put the skids down to block people from parking, maybe some additional orange cones would be helpful. So I asked the hot temperature employee why I couldn't park there she blew UP! Because I told you, you couldn't park there you see all these other parking spots park your damn car in one those [censored]in b!

I said what did you just say to me? She would NOT repeat herself, so the man at the dock said she said, not to park there. I told him I heard that part, I want her to repeat what she just said about the [censored]in b. I did call on Saturday very upset about my experience and with all that said.

My bookbags and supplies for my 25 students were never purchased! I ended up leaving the dollar store very upset and about being bullied in your parking lot!
