the ladies bathroom
I am always shopping at the dollar tree but today I had to used the ladies bathroom and the bathroom was disgusting nasty and filthy, unsanitary. floors, toilets, and the sink. The toilets where not fit to use, all the customers that comes and goes in the store in one day and no one can cleaned the bathrooms. does not make you want to return to the store.

Customer service is always bad at this location. Cashiers and managers are so rude! Always just one cashier and this locations is always busy that it warrants 2 cashiers at all times. There can be 10 plus ppl or more and still only one cashier because the other employees/managers refuse to help as back up. They get annoyed that that are being paged to help.

Today, 12/12/19, at 5:30 at your Summerton SC store, your manager was a [censored]. I was buying some decorations for my office. My husband and I grabbed a few sodas, but ended up not having enough money in the bank. Day before payday! I asked the cashier to take the sodas off, so she got the manager. She came over, sighing with a look of disgust on her face without even acknowledging us. It was embarrassing enough without her doing that as their were many people in line. This was monday 12/09/2019 I would like to say this is the worst store ever the restrooms were so bad it was more sanitary to go outside of store. in every isle had boxes with merchandise still in them sitting on the shelf where the stuff should be taken out of the box but they were boxes on shelves so the customer to dig through and try to find what they was looking for.. Erwin is a small town a lot of people on fixed income and I've hoped for years that we would get a dollar tree and if this stuff don't get better with keeping the store looking nice and keep a full store it will never last . In Saturday November 30 2019 I went to Dollar Tree in Arlington tx where I was double charged on my debit card. Went back to speak to manager and she would not assist. Was very rude and walked away as I was attempting to speak with her.
She gave me an out of date 800 number to call.
I will be filing a fraud claim with my bank. This manager should be terminated
