Store at 4130 Berkshire Ln N, Plymouth, MN 55446

Stopped there today, Tuesday 9/27, at 2:00; the sign on the door said they weren't open on Tuesdays and Sundays. The last time I went it was midday on a Thursday and the sign said they weren't open on Thursdays. Sometimes there's a sign saying "back at 1:00," but it's 2 or 3:00 and it's still locked up. I have been there 5-6 times since the store opened and have only found it open once, and then the merchandise selection was skimpy.

If you go to the Nextdoor website for this area, you will find many people who have the same complaint.

Saturday 09/23/2022 at 08:00PM I went to the Dollar Tree at 1250 S Cannon Blvd, Kannapolis, NC. before returning to Charlotte, NC in which I reside. When I walking to the register Shakeema walked away. I thought she was coming back so I preceded to place my items on the belt. After standing there a couple of minutes with Shakeema in my presence Carmen walked up and stated she can get me on another register. I stated it would have been nice if someone would have let me know before I placed all of my items on the belt. Carmen was nice enough to help me transfer my items over. Shakeema started talking loud stating she turned her light off and I should of known not to put my items on the belt. She continued to get louder and louder. I told her please stop talking to me Carmen is here to save the day. She called April the Store Manger how I know that she made it known to everyone in the store that she was calling her. I asked Carmen her name and the store #. As I was walking to my car she was outside the store yelling and screaming to April that she turned her light off etc. Also I could hear her telling a customer that her baby daddy beat her up so bad that she couldn't drive herself to the Hospital as I was shopping. I have never experienced being treated so poorly before in my life. I will never shop at that location again when I am visiting my sick Aunt in Kannapolis, NC.

I was in you ft dodge store. I was riding my bike so I brought my items in from other store and left them up front went got couple items went to check out. Noticed I had left my debit card at previous store. To me no problem I go get it. Well I let my items up front informed cashier I would be back. The dark headed I'm assuming asst manager and this flunky dark headed employee who had ear plugs in came outside and said they wanted to make sure I wasn't doin anything illegal. I showed them my purse and my bag and said I left caf he informed me he would leave item up front I better come get them. I didn't because I was so imbarrassed. The whole reason behind this was the gi. I caught her sleeping with my husband before she started working there and she got out in her place for being a dirty tramp. I believe this is harassment in all aspects of harassment. I'm thinking about getting an attorney about this unless so ethibg gets done with the girl who all started this. Managers Jessica Meja and Andrew dright unprofessional, dirty, mean to customers, they go to other managers and all complain constantly, they both just talk on phone and text hide in office and do very little work! How can someone be manager when they have to have another person to do their job? Jessica asked another manager who was gone to fire an employee for Jer because she "is scared to fire someone"! She manager here 11 years and cannot perform job duties. Jessica is a little girl who cannot fend for herself she has other managers do things for her! Jessica does poorly at listening, she makes excuses time after time about anything. Jessica will hire anybody so desperate, she has had employees quit, no calls, no show, she will still keep that exp employee in the books for stand by calling. In case she needs someone to work!? Jessica short Latina girl who pretends to be manager! Jessica Meja, made nasty comments about HR, DM, GM and corporate many times, she believes she is unfireable. Jessica steals money from safe then blames it on employees registers being off! Jessica thinks she sneaky, sly, she told customers where the "blind spots" are for cameras cannot see, basically Jessica meow is telling customers how and where to steal products off camera! Jessica has cussed at customers even small children, Jessica does not listen to her employees she ignores them and makes up excuses as to why they cannot get a day off or change schedule! Jessica is all excuses no work! Anybody can pretend to work, look busy! Jessica Meja is theif, bad manager, manipulates disrespectful in nature, bullies employees, customers all by pretending to be nice, terminate Jessica and Andrew because Andrew sexually harassed customer and yelling at employees made threats both employee and at customers andrew done.

Eagan,MN Dollar Tree on Cliff Lake road, store number 4260. [protected]! Managers at this store are mean as they belittle other employees! Managers are Daina, Andrew, Jessica Meja. Daina mocks employees, she has gone up to other employees just to mock, humiliate fellow employees behind their backs! Daina has made in appropriate comments to customers and employees. Andrew has sexually fondled a teen customer and used sexual gestures and comments towards teen girls even tried to touch a teen girls boobs and he lies constantly! Andrew manipulates situations, Andrew was threatening teen girl because she did not give him her phone number! Andrew is having a baby and cant handle running a store he wanted, had DM Rhonda give him his old position back, asks for paid time off for 3 months, gets it! Andrew does no work here, he texts is on phone all day long. Ignoring customers for help, sexually groping teen girls, sexually harassing teen girls physically grabbing them! Police have been called on andrew and he is still assistant manager here after sexually groping underage girl in store! And his disguting behavior continues! When he returns he will continue this behavioral pattern he displayes daily! No work, pretend to be busy, texting, talking on phone and harassing customers he andrew targets teen girls follows them then makes his move by groping them touching them then making a scene about customer lying! This is exactly what Andrew does here everyday. Pretend to work, grope teen girls and lie! Jessica is the store manager who cannot fire bad employees she has other managers do this for her because she is weak and just a little girl who is very unprofessional, Jessica talks very badly about General Manager Wendy, District Manager Rhonda Chavez as well, calling them "stupid [censored]es, [censored]ing [censored] that can't do right..." And other harsh comments said by managers Jessica Andrew and daina. These managers have allowed customers to do returns without receipts, steal and do drugs in bathroom all while lying to customers, texting, stealing deposit money secretly by Jessica Meja! Daina and Jessica called another employee "how stupid are you?, [censored]ing idiots..." Both have been telling random customers about other employees personal lives and making crude comment to customers. Both talk bad about customers as well! This is everyday! Everyday managers talk [censored], do nothing pretend to look busy, pretend to be nice, grope children (andrew) sexually harass customers and touch them sexually even teenagers (andrew) touch teen girls make sex comments to them (Andrew dright, assistant manager.)

Drove 10 miles to shop at dollar tree store #5280 in kalamazoo, michigan. We walked up to go into the store at 6pm but couldn't open the door. A gentleman opened it from the inside. The cashier yelled and said "we are closed". I pointed at the hours sign and said it stated open til 9pm. She said I'm short an employee and not working by myself so we are closed. Very rude employee.

Store number 4260. Cliff lake rd. Eagan,MN manager Jessica does nothing all day, hides in office texting never working. Cashier does all the work here, Jessica is manager who is scared to ring customers! Jessica meja is short latina, she refuses to help customers and brings old stories every time. She is highly unprofessional, as for other manager Andrew Wright who swears and sexually fondled customers! Jessica has cussed at customers and refused to make returns even with receipt! Jessica threatened to physically hurt customer with her boyfriend! Andrew harasses customers and used drug in bathroom he smelled like smoke and looked confused, DM Rhonda will be hearing about this! This incident happened around early June. Im complaining about the worst manager ever! Dollar tree on Cliff Lake road in Eagan,MN store number 4260 manager Andrew was sexually harassing customer by making nasty comments, even asked her to perform sex act in bathroom in store! Iam a regular here I know managers daina and jess. I overheard him and customer talking and she was upset Andrew was touching her waist, he told her "I'm the manager, I can do whatever I want!" Andrew is assistant manager here. This customer, young lady, in 30's was later at checkout and Andrew seen her then told the cashier to take a break. He did. Andrew rang up the lady he just fondled, the lady set her purchases on conveyer belt, told Andrew she did not want these items then asked for HRs name and number to contact. Andrew told her to "figure out yourself, they won't believe you, I've been manager for years, HR doesn't care how we treat customers, you can suck my dick!" The lady walks out disgusted as the customer behind her was old lady and also walked out disgusted! Manager Andrew then yells out "[censored] you [censored]es"! Demand better customer service from your managers! Andrew should be sued and fired for sexual harassment, threatening endangering customers safety, impolite manners especially around children! #FireAndrew!

I have gone to the Dollar Tree store in Missoula, MT for some time. But every since COVID started, this store has virtually nothing for stock. But I recently went to Oregon on vacation. I checked several stores there and they were ALL well stocked with product. Which tells me that there seems to be a management problem. The district manager over the store and the store manager itself. They are not making sure that stock is being reordered. And what little stock is being ordered is bought out immediately. Almost to the point that people are no longer going there to shop. Is that what you, as corporate wants?

Please explain to me why some stores are doing well and this store is not. It certainly doesn't appear that you are short of warehouse stock. Maybe you should send someone to this store and see for yourself.

The cashier didn't give me my change, when I tried to tell him he ignored me, I talked to the night manager and told her what had happened , I waited about 15 mins with the manger right there, she told him he didn't give me my change and that he needed to give me my change instead of handing me the change he threw it, he was sitting there with earphones and ignoring what the manager was saying, and as I was walking towards the door he called me an [censored].

On Saturday9/10/22 I purchased 17 round tablecloths from Dollar Tree in Southfield Michigan at store 2371. I returned on Monday 9/12/22 and requested a refund. I was told by a Dollar Store cashier that refunds were not given, and I could exchange the items. I asked to speak to the manager, and he repeated the store policy and pointed to the receipt that said no refunds. I told him there was nothing posted in the store saying no refunds and I would have to make a purchase to see the no refund policy and at that point the policy is a joke. you do not post anything, and your policy is on your receipt that you receive only after you make a purchase. this is unfair and I want a refund. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Michigan.

The 2 girls that were working today had very foul mouths in front of customers and the older ladies looked very disgusted, these ladies need to be repermented for their language! That is VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL…..Rje store was a disaster, things all in the floor, looked like it hadn’t been swept in days, this store needs something done? I myself will not be back!

Dollar Tree in Eagan,MN Cliff lake road is terrible customer service! Dollar tree manager Andrew was swearing at customers physically put his hands on a child by dragging child and tossing child into door window in front of customers in july, 2022. This manager is so rude to employees and customers, Andrew swearing at employees belittling them and making sarcastic comments about employees to random customers!Store number 4260. Manager Andrew should be terminated after grabbing a parents child, dragging her forcefully then throwing a small girl into door window all while swearing at the mother, using racial slurs at a Spanish woman and her kid! Andrew is horrible person to do that in front of customers and continued to belittle the mother and child after they left store complaining, making jokes about them to customers! This is Manager Andrew Wright at dollar tree on Cliff Lake road in Eagan, minnesota, store 4260 phone number [protected] unprofessional managers here! Andrew has made sexual comments to underage girls at store and groped a teen customer! Andrew Wright will hurt your child and sexually touch them! He's done this plenty before! I'm regular customer here I shop here every week, I know the managers like Andrew dright, Rains Erd., Jessica she is store manager here and Spanish lady. Andrew must be fired for disrespectful disturbing behavior, groping teen girls as a manager at work? Who does that? Andrew Wright did! Will not stop until Andrew Dright, manager is Terminated for groping, physically assaulted child in front of customers in July 2022! DM is Rhonda Chavez!

This location Blocks the door 15 mins before official closing time so that customers cannot enter the building, but the hours of operation clearly states closing time is at 8pm. The employees told me to talk to Mercedes and she said we close at 8PM but we stop allowing customers enter 30 mins before.

The employees physically block the doors with Hands and feet so customers can not enter this location.

Receipt #[protected] [protected] I brought the last two packs of Breck cheese slices to add to my sauce the cheese did not leave the wrapper, I tasted the cheese it was not good I opened the second pack it was terrible also. The guy told me I couldn't return it and he was not allowing me to exchange it because it was open . I asked him how would I know if I didn't open them,if one was bad I would not have wasted my gas but two. He talked to me very nastly, loud and ignorant my husband was outside,this was about 2:00 today. I'm 63 and disable the last thing I want to do is to take something back.

At the Northline location in Houston,Tx there lies a very large, nasty bully working there. She's threatened bodily injury outside of the store and exhibits violent intent to carry out malicious acts of violence. I was witness to this employee being very threatening to other people in the store. This person is employed there.

I don't know how she's not fired yet.

This Dollar Tree store at Hwy 280/431, Phenix City, AL 36867 had its parking lot re-done and newly paved. But they didn't do the entry and exit way in going out of the parking lot. It has a huge pothole on the side of Opelika Road, which almost caused sincere damage to my automobile. Many patrons in my community go to your store at this location. There is an urgent need to have this pothole fixed as soon as possible. Especially before the fall season. You cannot detect a huge pothole like this when it rains!
