When they have good employees that rarely ever call's in, works their hinny's off for very little pay or encouragement. You will the first to have your hours cut to accommodate a new employee. Where's the loyalty for all your years of hard work. This being the reason they can't keep anyone very long! Letting other shifts getting away without completing everything they should on their shift and putting it all on the next shift. Poor management from dm up.
