Hello I feel I was wrongfully terminated on June 19 2022, also I know I am a great employee/key holder. I have 50 people to sign a statement on my performance on the job and how hard I have worked at store 15715 since I started, my work speaks for it self at 1st it started kind of wrong because of things in life that was happening to me, but as soon as I was bumped up to full time. I was there early and performed my position to the best I could. Now on the 19th my assistant manger was suppose to work that evening with me but did not, I was trying to inform my manger of the the fact I was the only one in the store but still no one showed up to work with me until 7:00pm my shift started at 4. So around 6:15pm after I took my meds my stomach started acting up so I locked the door to go to the restroom but in the mist of that a customer showed up so I let them know my situation and I was told they only wanted to get mick so I let then inas I was doing so another customer showed and said they needed a trash can so I let him in. The 1st customer lied and processed to shop I didn't want to leave them inside so I waited for them to check out. So now more people or pulling in and no I didn't unlock the door because I still have to use the bathroom anyway after I got them out I locked the door back and went to bathroom when I was finished I step outside to call my manger again when she answer the phone I asked who was suppose to work with me she replied Connie is on her way and hung up, so Ms.Connie was pullin in I clocked back in then and yes the whole time the door was locked I was locked out. Anyway I finally talked to my assistant manger and she said she was finna send her child to bring me the key to close because it was almost dark and said she was gone tell me not to call the manger until after I left, because she was notified the day before I wasn't gone have anyone to work with me. I was off the nexts day but then the day after that I come in clocked in and then almost 45mins in that's when she called me and the assistant in the office and terminated me and the reason was because I locked the door remind you she had just pumped me to full time and gave me 11.00 pay rate a week before. Not looking to get anyone in trouble I just won't my job back I am a single mother of 3 boys that are the ages of 12,14, and 15 I need my job. Also my manger told a future employee that I was terminated for letting people come in and steal by putting stuff down in a trash can and that is totally false information and downing my character as a person.
