I have tried to cooperate for over a year. I have sent proof of refunds, returns and notices of items not sent. Discover will not acknowledge this proof, I am still being charged for this, in addition to late fees and interest, even though I have been disputing these charges for over 1 year.
All they send in response is a form letter asking for more information. I have submitted this proof several times. Discover will not accept or acknowledge any of it.

Claimed loss: 1400

Desired outcome: Send a detailed report of charges which I supposedly owe. I must have the dates, amounts and company that is owed the money.
