DHL Express Negligent delivery driver-did not follow delivery instructions and package was lost as a result.

8/17/22 DHL delivered a package to my apartment complex package room. It clearly states on the door that all packages are to be placed in secure lockers. DHL left the package on the floor of the room. He took a picture of it on the floor of the room and he signed "Sarah Package Room" and marked the package as delivered.

I never received the package since I never received a locker code and when I checked the room there was no package in the room.

DHL's policy is that a claim has to be made from the delivering company-SHEIN denies my claim since their records show the package was delivered.

I have tried contacting customer service, which is a bunch of prompts. Even in the chat help, they refused to offer any additional helpful information. When I asked for a phone number of someone who would actually answer the phone, he gave me the same customer service number I've been unsuccessful with, and then he immediately left the chat. Essentially hanging up on me!

I have a case number with DHL but they will not pursue the matter further.

They have proof that their driver was at fault and they say that SHEIN has to refund the product.

Desired outcome: I want DHL to reimburse the money for replacement of the lost item due to their driver's proven negligence.

DHL Express DHL Philippines

I had a urgent parts for a construction project in Palawan. Parts were coming from Tokyo to Palawan door to door the shipment was held up in Manila no reason given. I had to pick up myself in Manila to meet deadlines and was hit was 10 days storage charges again without any notice a myriad of excuses and lies. Took 4 hours to retieve my items from Manila hub and was blatantly extorted for extra charges. Definitely some sort of scam going on here in the Philippines

DHL Express Certification of receipt of documents

I sent a package on 3/21/22 to Dubai & was received on 3/26/22. I requested a proof of delivery be sent to my email. I need it for court. The judge did not accept the proof because the recipient's name is not written on the delivery page. I asked for another delivery letter but my request was over 90 days so there's no way I get can one.

I was referred to my local branch, submitted a letter. I followed up this morning and she said she forwarded it to Puerto Rico. The reason why I'm seeking your help.

Desired outcome: Tracking # [protected] I need the name of the recipient on the proof of delivery.

The package above never made it to my home i have checked everywhere around my home and it is nowhere. Can you please help me with this matter. I have contacted the company and they say to contact you. The product was from dearl lover wholesale.

DHL Express Delivery

Dear Sir/Madam

We contact DHL Shanghai to open our account, way back we used to work with DHL, then we has stop using the services , now as we moved our online business we wanted to use the service.

As all the formalities were done and finally we were to start to run the business , I was informed by my shipping clerk that account is not ready.

The reason he gave me some pending issue of the payment way back in 2014.12.30.

I want to really go to the root cause of this issue were we lost RMB400K worth of goods and DHL could give us complete investigation report , I have complete file on this.

Including that these Items immediately came on taobao just after 1 week , so the products were not lost by with the help of DHL it was stolen.

More over if this was the case why DHL from 2014 hasn;t file any court case against us.

As their may internal involvement.

DHL Express delivery in Italy

Package - [protected]

Good morning, my employer sent me a new laptop by your express service last Monday 1st August. They were told it would arrive by Wednesday at the latest. It is now Saturday 6th and still no arrival. These are the issues I have:

- Your staff who were spoken to at least 3 times per day, told us something different every time.

- I have been charged with 102 Euro import tax that was not mentioned when the package was sent.

- Your automated tracking system is a joke as kept telling me it was going to arrive so I stayed in all day every day this week just in case

- I have lost earnings and may lose this contract as it is time sensitive.

I appreciate that due to Brexit there are tighter restrictions etc but this is quite frankly not acceptable and I will not be recommending DHL to anyway.

DHL Express Shipment

A package was sent to me from China by DHL, arrived on 25/07/2022. I filled all the papers they needed to clear the package from Romanian customs since the 25/07/2022 and till today 03/08/2022. Still under process and i contact them on daily bases and they say under process. And now when i called them they said they need paper translation of the invoice from english to Romanian and that they sent email. No email were sent and asked to send me a prove of sending the email, they refused.

And till now don’t know when i will receive my package

Desired outcome: Receive my package before the 11/08/2022 because i am leaving romania for 6 month and will not be able to receive the package

DHL Express 2 packages sent from Isle of Man to my brother in Istanbul-Turkey

I send the 2 Packages,

Waybill number [protected]

I phoned DHL UK they told me they would phone me back but they didn't

I called them and waited for an advisor but no one came to help me

Very disappointed

If they contact my brother in Istanbul so that he can pay the fees and collect them, better if they bring it to him, he will pay the custom's charges

OR

Please return them to me in The Isle of Man

Desired outcome: Return the Items to Isle of Man and refund the fees of DHL if you can't deliver it to him or full refund of the costs of items +DHL fees if you can't deliver them

DHL Express Package for shein order

I come outside my house and the yellow DHL truck is in front. So I wave him down, and right away he takes off speeding fast down the street without leaving my package? So it happened deliberately right before my own eyes! I called in and reported to DHL #[protected]. Driver states: delivered at door at 6:42pm and I called in to file report to DHL at 6:51pm July 20, 2022. I then opened a Cust. Svc Ticket with SHEIN right after this. As this will be the 3rd pkg stolen by a driver! I'm now paying $12.90 for Express shipping because 2 pkgs were already were stolen prior to this one by their other carrier, Ontrac.

Desired outcome: Refund for my $12.90 express delivery fee. A replacement of my order shipped with a signature required, and the Driver prosecuted to fullest extent of the Law!

My parcel [protected] haven't send to my address located at Sabah, Kota Kinabalu and has been stuck at Rawang Selangor.

DHL Express Shipping

the worst care for their clients , I informed them to hold my package because I moved out , they ignored my many requests over phone and email and send the package that require signature to the old address that I lost access to ! and I didn't even sign for with many requests over the phone and email that treated with horrible customer service ! and each agent giving his own false information!

DHL Express Product still not arrived

I ordered an item on a special 2 day delivery

Everyday the driver simply given another excuse, I’ve taken 2 days off to wait and also tried rebooking to 2 spectate service points but irregardless of what I do he “re -attempts”

I have geo-fenced cameras and he hasn’t even tried once, no slip, no knock, nothing, doesn’t come anywhere near my clearly marked address, no attempt

First day said “premises closed” as if I’m business but it’s residential

Second day said “unable to deliver” on tbe message

The third day said “attempted but no one in “

Not once has he tried, he’s either an imbecile driving to the wrong address or simply lying

I’ve tried to contact dhl or complain or chase but that’s also impossible - I’ve called everyday and tried live chat but everytime it just says nooke is available and you can’t be put in a queue

DHL are the worst

DHL Express Lying delivery attempt

I order the AC 7 days ago, it was supposed to be deliverd by Tuesday 14 June 2022. Each day DHL had a different excuse "business closed" (it is a private address), "failed delivery attempt (me and my neighbors are at home).

Truth is, the address is a street with a market in front"Albert Cuyp Market". Drivers avoid this street to save time. I wish we would all be more honest about this and possible help drivers out by maybe adding extra time for them to deliver packages on this street.

The package is an AC I ordered for the hot days that started yesterday. I am sitting and sweating in 33 degrees while writting this. Due to DHL and its drivers I keep on sweating.

DHL Express Claim # [protected]. [protected]

I left a personal C-Pap machine on a British Airways flight into London on April 18th. The airport shipped the item to me via DHL. On May 19th I received a form letter from DHL requesting all kinds of Information on this item for customs. When I asked for clarification of these terms, Betty Fleckinger simply sent a form with definitions of the terms. Since I did not have the machine, I could not provide those numbers. I spent several hours calling Apria Healthcare to try to get numbers, but they did not understand the numbers required. After 2-3 days, I was finally connected with a customer service at DHL named Carrie who helped me to get a form 3299, which is a personal medical device form.

Carrie Moore helped me fill out the form, and said everything was complete. This was on May 25th. Delivery to be on June 10th. On June 2nd, I got an email from London Heathrow saying my C-Pap had been returned to London. On June 9th, I got an identical letter from a different person at DHL, requesting the same numbers as before. When I called DHL to ask what was going on, I spoke with Michelle Davis, who said it was impossible for my equipment to have been sent back to London, and that it was still in the US. It arrived from London on June 1st. She would not listen to my explanation that this was the same item as #[protected]. She said an agent would call back within 2 hours. We waited all day for a phone call. This morning I see that she emailed me instead! That is not a phone call!

Today I spoke with Rocki Boni, who took the time to look up the first claim number and see that it was the same item, and someone at DHL sent it back to London. Ms. Boni even helped me to resend the original 3299 form.

My experience with DHL was very poor. I had 2 great contacts, and 3 very poor ones. This C-Pap machine is medically necessary, and I have been trying to get it back for almost a month. Since I spent at least 10 hours working on this, your company owes me 10 X $63.00 which is $630 for my time spent working on this project.

Desired outcome: Apology, and reimbursement for my time.

DHL Express Express delivery

2 out of 3 packages were lost. When I called the refuse to help me staing the gave them to the post office but the post office never received. One of the two packages contains prescription medicine but they do not care. This is not the first time they have lost packages. It has happened a total of 4 times and usually after I call the packages show up. I sent two emails which nobody ever contacted me and two phones call which 9 was treated as though I was dumb. I wondering about these employees who handle package.

Desired outcome: I want my two packages found and delivered. I want them to actually help and tey to locate them

DHL Express Cloths package from light in the box was never delivered to our home address but proof of delivery shows that it was delivered to wrong address

First time, I called on May 20th and informed that package has been not delivered to our home address. They opened the case number [protected] and said some will get back to us in 2 days. No one called. We did DHL tracking and found the proof of delivery photo which is below and that is not our house. You can google it. Red color door house is the wrong address

Our house is single family with front view photo attached with nice landscaping in the front.

My concern is why DHL is keep saying that it was delivered to right address while proof of delivered package photo shows clearly that it was delivered to wrong house and mistake made by DHL driver. This should be the responsibility of DHL to refund to Sender company - Light in the Box for good costing us around $150.

Moreover, customer service is rough in US and don’t give us any other options.

Therefore, I decided to write here to see if there is someone at DHL who can help us here

Desired outcome: Refund of $150 purchased goods since delivery was for our Cancun trip for May 26th

DHL Express Parcels

Parcel not picked on time.

Hi I have been calling and complaining about my parcels not picked up by DHL like on the 25/05/2022 they were suppose to come no one came and my delivery date obviously it is affected what to say to the customer if you guys are coursing delays as the result the parcel was picked on 27/05/2022 because I called the other DHL driver that I know his number and it is wrong I am not suppose to called that guy please fix this this before you loose us as your customer

DHL Express Missing parcels/items

We had a large bike bag (with bike inside) and 2 large brown boxes collected on April 11/22 ref: [protected] for international delivery. The driver was let into the secure entrance for collection of these items. I now have a slip saying 2 of 3 items delivered. Which yes I have 2 brown boxes and NO bike bag/bike. We are now having to request CCTV of the driver collecting items as it appears we now need to prove theft by driver or DHL? How can you lose (lets pretend this is the case as I am still holding out hope) a 3rd large item such as this and then say 2 of 3 items delivered on tracking slip. Canadian side saying the third item has not made it to Canada and not looking like even left UK. No news from UK, just waiting.

Reading all the reviews makes me sick to the stomach that they just lose your stuff all the time and well, its just tough appears to be the response.

Desired outcome: My bike bag with the bike inside delivered to Canada as paid for.

DHL Express [protected]

[protected] has been in transit 38 days. Stuck in UK customs for a month. DHL could call customs daily and get the parcel back into the dhl system for a delivery but are not interested in helping there customers. 178 dollars was spent on shipping. Says express but whats express about 38 days. Imports dont reply either via email. Terrible service. Email [protected]@outlook.com.

DHL Express Shipment missing

Hi

My family sent a shipment of medicines from India to me in Sweden. The medicines were for my husband (Naeem Saqib). It was shipped on 30 July 2021 and on 4th August it reached Sweden and we were notified that the shipment cannot be delivered since outside medicines are not allowed in Sweden. They told us that the shipment will be sent back to the shipper. But the shipper never got back the packet and we waited for almost three months and we're told to wait for some more time.

Then we were told that the shipment is not traceable. So, I want to complaint against dhl for misplacing me packet.
