CVS review: Service

My parent recently visited cvs pharmacy at baldwin park (address below)
They were buying vitamin items but one of the cashier or front ends was very rude and impatient, irritated that my parents didn't know how to apple to the cvs card. She didn't help them or even tried to explain how to do it, so the front-end associate was unhelpful, rude and very bad attitude that she didn't want to help. My parent had difficulty trying to speak the language and the associate knew they were struggling. I've called about the incident and no associate at cvs didn't apologize.
I talked a cvs associate named antella because there was no manager on duty
Manager name is sarbpreet. I asked if there was anyone that spoke spanish before I told her about the incident and they did have employees that were bilingual but the associate didn't even bother to call for someone that was bilingual
I would like the associates and a deep investigation about the employee who has a very poor customer service and treated the loyal customers.
I have read the yelp reports and they have numerous complaints about the same thing not helping customers
