Script was written at last neurologist appointment before his retirement on 4/3/2025. They filled a 90 day supply picked up on 6/7/2025 and the slip says 1 refill which agreed to what the neurologist told me. I look up what scripts are due for refill and I see that none of the ones he wrote for me are available for refill. I have called and emailed them explaining the situation and they will not give me the original prescription. I want the original prescription so I can transfer it to a different pharmacy, one that will actually help me. This script does have refill nd them trying to reach the retired neurologist to get a new script does not solve the problem. One it will not be refilled as he is retired and secondly I demand to know where this refill is as I did not pick it up! This is for not one but two medications.
This pharmacy had me have and incur additional costs due to a mess up with their minute clinic and now this. I need help immediately before I run out of my migraine medications. Very frustrated and want to cut all ties with CVS but I need my medications transferred.
