CVS review: Poor to zero service.

I genuinely never complain on any subject, however the Jasper, AL CVS pharmacy has been extremely bad and I've been told Flat out lies about medications for my family for the past couple of years at least. Recent examples are being told that they have never had a specific medication order when I have been told they had the med order but sent a PA to the doctor twice on the medicine. Another is my physician sent a particular med for me that addresses preventing ulcers in my stomach and this pharmacy didn't fill it and never bothered to let me know. I found out because I checked online after my doctor asked how I was doing on it. Then I checked the pharmacy website and it was there, so I called a month after they showed receiving the order and they said "We fill thousands of prescriptions and we are not responsible for telling you that we can't fill one and you will just have to get it somewhere else." This was the last straw. I've worked in customer service and have never been treated so badly by health care "professionals "
