CVS review: Rude and extremely unprofessional overall for the past several years

I don’t often leave reviews at all and have tolerated rude behavior from the staff at the CVS location on Old State Rd in Lewis Center, OH for several years. At this point I feel it is worth my time to write a review. It used to be easy to call in a prescription that you can’t just type in, but lately it requires leaving a message and waiting for a call back. I work with clients during working hours, one after the other, so it is not possible to answer the return call and I usually just go through the drive thru to request the medication to be refilled. I informed the staff member at the window that I was driving thru to call in my prescription because it has been much easier for me to do than to deal with leaving a message and playing phone tag. Twice now an older staff named Cathy has stated in an extremely rude tone, “”in the time we had this conversation you could have left your message.” This is only one example of how rude she has been, but she has exhibited so many rude behaviors over the past several years, along with multiple other pharmacy staff members that I feel a need to let others know so they can make an informed choice of where they want to go. We had to go to CVS for quite a while but complained through the employer providing the insurance plan enough that our options were opened up.
