The app has not been easy to navigate for at least a month now. I tried to refill a script twice through the app and it told me how much the copay would be but then showed that it still had a refill and shouldn’t have after it was filled. I called the store and went through the most GOD AWFUL auto call system in history to be told that it would be ready within the hour. Got there an hour later to be told that it would be another two days before it’d be filled! When I asked why someone did t just tell me that before I had to drive a half hour out of town and the pharmacist told me to learn how to read the bottle! It was very unprofessional and rude! Why couldn’t they have just had a working app or someone just say that it would be on such and such day and not get all pissy because I was mad about being being told one thing and they did something else! Yes, I was mad, and rightfully so! It’s crap like this that makes me want to look at other pharmacies!
Recommendation: Don’t believe anything they tell you!
