CVS review: Navage nasal care

My name is Leslie Mclaurin my address is 41 Buck Keaton Way Riegelwood NC 28456 I went into CVS November 17, 2020 to purchase navage for my mom she had stuffy nose so when I found it on the self it was two on the self and the first box had a cut on the box so I took the second one it didn't have a cut on the box so when I get home I went to open the box and the material in the box had been used I contact the store and explain to him where I got it from and how the other box looked on the self he went to the self and he came back with the box that had the cut on it and he told me to bring it back tomorrow and he shared with me that he dont know how it got put back on the self he said it must have come from the warehouse like that so when I got to the store he saw that the item had been open so he had the one with the cute in the box and another one that he had that cost a little more and he offered me the one that cost more but I guess the computer wont let him trade it so I remember they were buy one get other 50% off so I wanted the other one for myself so at first he was going to do 50% off the second then he went back and gave me 75% off but I dont feel like this was enough for what I went through being that covid19 is out and someone had already used this item and they returned it to the self and me and my could have been exposed to it if we had used something that someone put up their noise I really enjoy going to cvs but this was to much for me to deal with people around me have die from covid 19 every week I am reaching out to a legal help with this matter I have picture and video that I will get to you as soon as possible
