I called corporate about this on 4/17 and called again today on 4/24 when I hadn’t heard back. Finally someone from Shrewsbury CVS called me today and wanted to go over the whole thing AGAIN. And Marc from Corporate called right after her when after I told her that I wasn’t going to repeat everything again. I told him the same thing. So I just sent your Corporate a certified letter. And I filed a complaint with HIPPA online.
Desired outcome: Fix it.
