My wife requires time sensitive medications to avoid significant physical impact to her quality of life and long-term negative lingering effects. It is as though they are trying to kill her slowly through torture. Something our Fed government says is illegal unless wrapped in paperwork.
In this case, the issue has persisted for 6mo. And, no patient care offers made, unless it is to hang up on the person calling with legitimate questions. It causes great suffering and hardship for the chronic condition she suffers with and has suffered with since 2005. Yet, as soon as we were forced to shift the scripts from a local good pharmacy to the CVS Corporate Pharmacy due to the acquisition of Aetna Insurance by CVS, the service has continued to degrade through systemic and tactical implementation of patient torture through lack of notifications, missing / delayed drugs, rude and disrespectful associates and continued harassment of patients requiring what they offered. Corporate Greed at its fineest.
Recommendation: If you can afford it, avoid CVS Pharmacy at all costs.
