My Dr. called in a RX on 12/29/25 to my designated CVS Pharmacy @ 8516 Parker Rd, Wylie TX. As of this date, I am still waiting on my Rx for LPRATROPIUM 0.06% Spray. I have followed up daily (on line / CVS App) for the status as "Out of Stock - it has been ordered and should be in shortly") Only to find that YESTERDAY 01/03/2026, being directed to a trio of alternate locations that my Rx could be provided from, near me. I then requested (on line) my rx be transferred to CVS at 5702 Lavon Dr, Garland TX. That Pharmacy indicated my rx could be picked up after 4 pm TODAY. I followed up w/them at 2pm today and am still waiting on a call back. I have now gone a total of 7 days w/out my RX. I am thoroughly disgusted with the inability to talk to a LIVE CVS pharmacist, and must rely on voicemail and a call back ! Your "new automated" process sucks ! I am quickly moving my Rx's to H.E.B. once the new Murphy store is operational
