I have spent the last half hour attempting to contact CVS about an appointment at their Minute Clinic. It is IMPOSSIBLE. The AI phone bots have no idea what you are saying and spend their time taking you in complete circles. I finally gave up and made the appointment somewhere else. I guess these people want go out of business since they make communicating with customers impossible. I very seldom shop there, but now...no, never again.

Recommendation: I can only speak for myself and have no recommendations for others.
