CVS review: Pharmacist manager Bob

I have been a loyal cvs customer for over 30 years. Last week when I picked up my prescriptions I received one that I did not order when I went to take it back for a refund of 20.00 co-pay I was told that the pharmacist would call me after they checked into it. After 2 days I called again. Then I was told I had to call back on monday and talk to the pharmacist manager bob. He was very hateful and said that I could not get a refund because the doctors office did not cancel the medication and it was automatically refilled after I had refused it a week before. I will never spend another cent at any cvs pharmacy or store. I feel I was taken and so was the insurance company; 20.00 may not be alot to some but i'm on a fixed income. I was treated like I was just a complainer which I have never complained before. I may only be one person which may not matter to you. I changed my prescriptions to walgreens. Keep treating people like this and maybe you won't have many customers,. Good luck with your uncaring pharmacists.
