CVS review: Pathetic customer service at sinking spring cvs

CVS called yesterday and left a message stating they had a prescription for my 88 year old mother. Returned the call on her behalf today. Was on hold for 13 minutes, hung up and tried again- on hold for 12 minutes more so I called and said I was a physician's office. They picked up the phone within a minute and then proceeded to put me on hold for 8 more minutes! Called the national complaint 800 number and first I got India, then was transferred to Texas, followed by Las Vegas, and then to James in Rhode Island! Does this sound like a company that takes customer service seriously. The WORST pharmacy chain in the US!
