CVS review: Incompetent personnel south atherton street, state college, pa

There is something wrong with the South Atherton CVS in State College, PA. I have done business with them for many years. At least ten years that I can remember.

I sent a letter to Corporate Customer Relations, last year, about the "Fallen Apart" customer service of the store as a whole and especially of the pharmacy personnel who do not know their procedures and have become inaccurate with store information and my personal information on record.

Today I received a mailed prescription with an address where I lived 7 (seven) years ago. I have had home delivery of many prescriptions since last year with CVS South Atherton.

As well, I made many requests over the last year: "Please only use the easy 'lift off' cap". CVS assured me early last year that it is on my record for prescription refills. But I've had to re request easy lift off lids and they are coming without them. Today it comes with another upside down cap that I'm supposed to evidently take off and then use it to screw on. I can't use these tops nor the push down "turn" tops. I have problems with both hands. Where are the simple lift off plastic caps? I have to smash the bottle with my foot! And then, I don't have a bottle. Everyone is too busy being busy with someone else to focus on what is in front of them. Or they are on their smart phones goofing off. Which is it? Or is it both?

The USPS Postal Carrier made a special contact with me today telling me about this as he was concerned and I am concerned too. Whatever is going on with this store is very inconvenient and non-efficient. It is "for certain" a non pleasurable experience to do business with them.
