CVS Covid-19 rt pcr report for travel not on time mentioned by cvs

Me and wife went to CVS Drive thru RT-PCR testing on 5th Jan. 2.50pm. Our confirmation numbers are 8176284 and 5175686. We are traveling on 8th Jan 2022 so we went on 5th Jan i.e. with in 72 hours.

I started follow up from 7th Jan and no one was able to tell me when we are going to get reports. I spent almost 4 to 5 hours on calling them on different time. We went to ORD airport assuming that at least we will get report after 60 hours. We called customer service from airport and they open the ticket to that someone will call us urgently on this issue but we have not received any call. we got call after we missed our flight for sorry not getting report on time.
Till 6.26 pm i.e. more then 72 hours passed we have not received reports for both.
I lost Approx $4000 and I hope I should get it from CVS.

Please help me out ASAP.

Please see below photo mentioning that test results turnaround time is 1-2 days.

CVS UPS drop off denied

Dropped off a package to send it back to amazon and it got scanned and i left. The package showed up at my house with a new label on it probably from the scratched out bar code since the return I put on it was a QR code only. Tried ripping off label that made the confusion and had just the one needed on it. They saw me and the same girl came up to the counter with 2 other workers and some Rude manager said the package was unacceptable since the QR code didn't look like an ups label. They said the ups man would not take it when that was a lie he took it last time and sent it to the wrong address from the old label that was scratched out. This was suppose to be a quick and easy return and they told me to go out of my way across town to an actual ups store just to ship it because they refused to take a package I was told by an ups worker that they would accept at a place like cvs. Terrible customer service here and the manager should be fired for getting in my face with a stupid mask on muffling her words like a 3 year old having a tantrum.

Desired outcome: Fire the manager.

CVS confusion with my account with Mount Airy pharmacy

The Pharmacy keeps getting my account mixed up with my son's account.

My CVS here in Mount Airy said they don't include middle names or initials.

I called [protected] and they gave me confirmation number
S5088831 and then forwarded my call and I waited over 15 minutes with no answer.

Please correct this problem because I can't access my account online because it states that my prescription is assigned to another account.

There is no reason that these two accounts are connected and not reason to have to keep calling.

CVS I actually have the wrong form to contact you but I am a loyal customer of your Wise Ave store in Dundalk Maryland

I am 49 years old and on New Year's to was diagnosed with Lung Cancer and my family has set up a go fund me page for I was u available to work the pass two months due to my illness, my primary care insisted I had phenomena and treated me for that. After six week's of getting worse and. Suffering in pain I decided to go to the local emergency room and found myself in surgery the next day. I am contacting all the local businesses I patronize and support hoping they can I return support me and my family. I was a bartender before COVID and was out of work for over 18 collecting very little unemployment to be exact 176 a week, I had feel seriously behind in my rent and other bills. We are asking for any donations possible of any kind. I am willing to give any information you may need for you Tax purpose. The Facebook page is name HELP DURING CANCER TREATMENT

Please assist in this time of need, Kimberly was just diagnosed with Lung Cancer after a surgery for an Infection in her right lung, She is 49 has a grandson, and three children. Anything is appreciated and if you are unable to assist could you please keep me and my family in your prayers 🙏❤️.

CVS Maintenace / TRASH

The trash cans outside of the CVS Pharmacy entrance located at 4232 Ne Ocean Blvd Jensen Beach, FL 34957, Store #5119 are never emptied, spilling over and filthy. It is not only the trash cans but the surrounding area. This attracts rodents and insects. After witnessing this for months I find it necessary to escalate with the hopes it will be addressed. If not, we will be forces to call the town = PLEASE SEE ATTACHED Pictures

My wife had oral surgery today and could not get her pain meds because your phone system didn't take the prescription and when my wife called the dentist he reordered and she went back to pick it up and they had the order and refused to fill it because it was 6 pm and my wife had been in line for 20 minutes!!! Went there only because website said they had Covid tests in stock at both stores, neither did. The store on Main by the freeway entrance in Las Cruces, NM was an unacceptable disaster area when I walked in, I have never seen any store look that bad, especially a pharmacy, it was almost apocalyptic. CVS Service hipaa violation

CVS Manger

I was at the cvs in walkertown NC on Sunday January 2, 2022 when the store was suppose to open. You're store didn't open till 8:25 am. The sign on your door says you open at 8:00 am, If it was at 8:30 you might want to change the open time on the door. When someone finally showed up and opened I stayed around and shopped for a bit.
I wanna say maybe I had been inside of the store for 30 to 45 min's shopping I had gotten my items and was getting ready to check out, and rembered I forgot something went back and got that then headed back to the cashier to pay and their was a blond girl standing as the cash register telling the cashier that she wanted 6 of the at home covid test. The cashier told the girl that was only allowed to sell 2 of them because that is what she had been told. The little blond girl said she was going to tell somone and I guess went into the office, because a few seconds later 2 blond hair girls walked out of the office. I guess the older blond who I guess was the manger walked over to the register where the black hair woman with glasses was standing and got 6 of the test and rudely got in front of the black haired cashier and got the blond hair girls items. And didn't say a word to the black hair girl till after she had taken care of the other blond hair girl. The cashier then asked the manger how many are we allowed to sell? The manger told the cashier she was not dealing with her today and she was going back into the office. The manger was very rude to the cashier. The cashier was never rude to the manger once. I shop at this store all the time and I see the woman who runs the register there all the time. She is one of the sweetest and helpful people there. She has helped me a few times when I needed it and was always a nice. But seeing that cashier being treated very rudely by a manger today was very uncalled for.

CVS pharmacy

My mother is 82 yrs old and I don't know what it is about cvs pharmacies but they act like they don't know what there doing. on several occasions my brother has gone up there to pick up her medicines and they don't have them or she has to pay for them. mind you she has medicare and Medicaid she has a very low co-pay if any. so it takes me to call up there and get it straightened out then they fix it and my brother has to go back up there. this has happened more than once. Also when prescriptions are out of refills they don't call the dr to get more refills as to where most pharmacies do. so my brother goes home calls the pharmacy and they say we will call them and then it's 5 days and still no refill so I called today and she says well she is out of refills I'm like well can you call the dr. She's like yeah we will call him. Now when it gets filled my brother will have to go back to get them. So for the future instead of making customers be aggravated by all these unnecessary actions to get meds. Like they need training . I'm not an employee and this is common sense people. GRRRR.

CVS Information

On Saturday, January 1, 2022 at approximately 1045 est I received a call from a "Charles" at CVS store #1489, 6516, Landover Road, Landover, Maryland (sometimes referred to as Cheverly, MD, CVS)

His immediate tone was somewhat abrasive as he asked to speak to my spouse, Esta Green. I asked him what the issue was and he said that he had to speak to Esta Green only. I informed him that my spouse was 88 years old, blind, has alzheimer and recently recovering from covid. That I was her spouse of 68 years and can speak for her. He said "no, I can only speak to her|" His tone was somewhat demanding. He further went on to say that I had to furnish power of attorney or a letter from my doctor that she has the ailments I listed above...

I am a senior citizen, 90 years old and have never experienced such a irritating fone call from a CVS employee. I asked him "is it a life threatening problem?| Once again he refused to say anything saying he need written proof of my statements.

I have been a customer of CVS since it was "Peoples" and this conversation with one of your employees was not comfortable. "Charles" had no customer phone sensitivity and came across as harsh.

I still do not know what the issue was and if it is important, your employee had no right to hold back requesting countless paperwork before he would tell me the what he wanted.

If this CVS employee "Charles" is indicative of CVS management perhaps I better look elsewhere for medication and other supplies.

CVS Service

I am a patient individual and feel greatly for the hard work and hours put in at the Zachary LA pharmacy. Those folks are outstanding. But the store is sorely understaffed and routinely has 8-12 customers in line to pick up prescriptions. Overworked staff cannot answer phone and as a result you have to come in to ask that your Rx be filled and again to pick it up. This presents a health issue with Covid on the increase. I don't know how they keep the staff they have under these conditions. Outside of stor also nasty. Sad.

CVS Representative at the Pharmacy

I went to the pharmacy to pick up some medication and the lady was standing where the medications were at slowly falling asleep and swaying back and forth as well as side by side. Another customer was recording the incident. A few days later I saw the video on TikTock. If it was not for the other representative named Cindy things could have gone very badly. I don't recall the store number, but I do know the address. It is as follows: 1300 Wilmington Ave, Dayton, OH 45420. Cindy was so quick to jump on the line and get everyone cashed out. The other representative actually looked very high. I have attached the video that was taken.

Desired outcome: One reprimanded and Cindy congratulated for her wonderful work.

CVS COVID booster knowledge and administration of vaccine

I had accompanied my adult son to receive the Pfizer COVID booster. My son had received the J& J vaccine in 8/2021. The pharmacy tech questioned his qualifications for the booster. She said that there is no booster for those vaccinated with J & J. I replied that the CDC recommends boosting with either Pfizer or Moderna 2 months after vaccination with J & J. She questioned this and proceeded to the back to talk to the pharmacist, who, by the way was unmasked. While they took their time researching, I proceeded to the counter to show them CDC guidelines. This act was met with disdain. The tech eventually did administer the vaccine to my adult son, who is medically compromised. She never apologized and said that I acted aggressively. The pharmacist, unmasked, then came out to approach me to try to explain how CVS works. Again, no apology. I explained that if they are administering care to the public, they should be properly educated and up to date on care giving. This is appalling!

Desired outcome: Reprimand in treating customers with respect (especially during these trying times); proper education
