I believe the day store manager's name started with "J". I do not appreciate the way this manger treated me. I was looking at an Emerl Lagasse air fryer.
I removed it from the top shelf, walked about 15 steps to check the price. I heard boxes falling, turned to look at what was falling. On the other side of isle about 4 feet past - where I removed the air fryer several puzzles and games fell from the top shelf onto the floor. The manager commented to me with an attitude, I did a good job knocking all the items off onto the floor. I commented I wasn't on that side of the isle. He said the shelf is not very stable and when I took the air fryer down - the shelf moved and caused the items to fall. I only shop at this CVS store. I don't appreciate mannerism in which I was spoken to by the store manager.
