CVS - prescription

I have called in my complaint four times without a call back. My complaint is with the pharmacist name "Anastasia" that was very unprofessional and rude when dealing with my complaint on the phone and in the drive thru. I dropped off my prescription off on 11/4/2019 and was told it would be ready by 11/5/2019. I waited in a long line in the drive thru on 11/05/2019 and was told medication was not ready they and had to order. Came back on 11/6/2019 & 11/7/2019 same problem. I returned on 11/8/2019 and was told what prescription and was told the only medication I had ready was a medication my doctor told me to stop taking because of a manufacturer recall. The pharmacy tech argued with me about my doctor calling that prescription in that day, but he didn't because he handed me all my prescriptions. I never have sign up for auto refill and that medication was on auto refill after my doctor told me to stop taking it but mean while the medication I was waiting for still not ready 11/8/2019. On 11/9/2019 no pharmacist on duty. I called on 11/10/2019 & 11/11/2019 stayed on the phone forever didn't pick up. On 11/12/2019 I call to CVS and was told that medication was not ready, and I had to wait again until 8:00 PM, I told him that I will not wait I have been patient long enough I was on my way and would wait for prescription to be filled there today. My call was given to the pharmacist "Anastasia" and she keep laughing at me because I was upset and because my prescription was only for nasal spray and she said I was funny. Anastasia told me I had to wait just like everybody else because they were busy while continually laughing at me. I drove up to CVS drive thru while on the phone with CVS customer service when I got to the window and they found out it was me and she keep laughing and CVS customer service rep over hear her. I told them I would wait for prescription, and she wanted me to get out of line, so they could help others. I came inside and stood in line behind another man that was told his medication wasn't ready and it would be 2 minutes to get ready, but I had to wait 30 minutes for my prescription. I have Lupus, and my Doctor puts me on medications like the nasal spray and other medications to stay proactive because when I get sick I can get pneumonia easily. I was very sick that week going in and out of the cool to CVS Pharmacy to get mediation my doctor gave me eight days ago. Now I am very congested, can't breathe out my nose been out of work three days.

As much money as cvs has they should have someone answering the phones at all times cuz some people real need answer and they can’t drive over there . I had a metal implant yesterday and they sent me some pain medicine but it show they never got the prescription but on my paper work it shows different been trying to call and no answer same crap every time I call no answer

What is wrong with these people not answering the phone I call and wait for long periods of time 30 minute a hour and then I go to pick up my prescriptions and they just let the phone ring and ring no one answers the phone. I guess they can’t do multi task or lazy one or the other rediculous guess I’ll change my pharmacist
