crystal - sales rep
To whom it may concern. We are family who have been customer at this cvs more than 20 years. And for the FIRST time they have hired some young girls one is by the name of crystal. When my mother asked for a receipt for her purchase. She gave her an attitude and told her she couldn't give her one or print one out for her at the time. So my mom decided to return the products because she needed a receipt y mom called me upset because they were giving her an attitude. Now i go back and the same girl takes care of us and again with an attitude. Didnt know where the products were left because they werent put back. My full time job is to do customer service my self and we are very disappointed !

At about 12-30 am in the after noon I went to the CVS in Stratford where I fill my prescriptions at, I entered the store and proceeded to the pharmacy department I handed the tech Michelle my script. As put the information into the computer she stated to me that I could not take the ibuprofen with my current medicine naproxen, I replied that I was aware of...

I went into the Anoka, MN location store approx at 6:01 pm. I stood in front of the photo counter for roughly 2 minutes. Initially no employee was behind the counter however In the 2 minutes I stood in front of the counter I had 2 employees walk passed me and say absolutely nothing to me. A customer walked up to check out, one employee (shoulder length curly hair) checked out this customer and they left. Then one (of the two) employees was purchasing a few items while the curly haired woman checked her out then another customer walked up. In the meanwhile, I am still standing in front of the photo counter. The employee who was cashiering, curly haired (finally noticed I was standing there) and asked ‘if I needed something'. I asked if they had time to take a passport photo. She (curly haired woman) took a few steps towards me and said ‘I can't be in two places at once' and went back to her register to help the customer who came up to her counter. Mind you all 3 of the customers she ‘checked out' showed up after me. At that time I walked out of the store. I was only in the store for 2-3 minutes and as a paying customer I felt I was not treated fairly and was only bothering them nor did I seem to matter to either of the employees. The store was not busy what-so-ever and had all of 5 cars in the lot. No customer should be treated that way nor should an employee of any company state ‘they can't be in two places at once' and make a customer feel like they are bothering them while it is an employees job to help me. I rarely go to CVS to begin with and with this incident will never be going there again or referring people to your stores.

prevagen
You and a couple of other pharmacies are carrying an OTC product that is expensive and has never been shown to be efficacious. Prevagen has only been tested by the company, never by outside researchers. It's claims about an ingredient that comes from jellyfish that helps memory is totally misleading and in fact, this substance is likely destroyed in the acid environment of the stomach. This misleading advertising preys on families where early memory loss and dementia are of major concern. This seems to be a financial issue without concern for the consumer. Why wouldn't you take a stance and not carry this product? The FDA has filed a lawsuit against the company in 2012 for misleading and false advertising and this suit has not yet been decided. It is unlikely any reputable physician dealing with dementia patients would recommend this product because it has not been shown to improve memory.
I urge you to use your conscience and not sell this product. Although I am a physician, I have no vested interest in this matter except on a social conscience basis.
pharmacy efficiency and customer service
I have consistently had issues with their ability to get the medications I am prescribed. When they need to follow up with something with my doctor it never actually gets done. I medication I was taking for years suddenly was not available, I was not notified of this even though I was on automatic refill. When I manually filled this prescription I was not...

Feb 23 2019 and June 25. 2019. Prescription for name brand Klonipin. Both dates we were shorted exactly 29 pills of a 90 fill. Every month other than these 2, the bottles are initialed where the count is circled. These 2 months the quantity was incorrectly circled. I have a case # [protected] and have followed up 2times. Promises of this issue being escalated to a district manager have left me without a phone call to discuss. Law enforcement has been notified, DEA has been notified as well as a complaint filed with the Texas Pharmacy Board. This is completely unacceptable!
pharmacy
I received a message last Sunday evening in regards to my issues at the CVS at 969 High Ridge Road in Stamford. The pharmacist was incredibly rude! I was told that I would receive a call from someone from the field district team in a day or two, but nothing. So I am now done with CVS. You don't seem to care about your loyal customers.
The incident I had occurred on June 22nd in the afternoon. There was only one person working and no other customers. I was initially acknowledged, but then she seemed annoyed that she had to help me. No "thank you for waiting" or "how may I help you". She barely looked up from the computer. This isn't the first issue I have had with this CVS. The cashiers at the front of the store are just as rude. Not just to me, but other customers. I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy and never shop at CVS again if this is the way customers are treated.
cvs pharmacy
This pharmacy seems to play games with me when it comes to my two medications. I take brand name Prozac and Vyvanse. This CVS pharmacy knows I will return every month, yet they never have my prescriptions in stock. They claim they have to order them, and the I SHOULD PRE-ORDER THEM. I explained that they are aware that I am a customer, and that every month I will need a refill, but still, they seem to think it is up to me to plan ahead to make sure they have enough stock on hand every month. I always seem to have to wait 5 days to a week to get my prescriptions from them. My other prescriptions are never ready on time, even when I call days ahead.
I feel that this is there way of trying to lose me as a customer. Perhaps they don't like my insurance ? Anyway I look at it as UNFAIR AND UNLAWFUL !
prescription error - unprofessional services
When technicians tell other that a prescribed cancer medication is an over the counter drug and then goes to get something off the shelf it's frightening. How many other people is this technician trying to "miss-prescribe to with neither the education or authority to do so".
I tried calling the pharmacy manager and the person who I had the complaint about answered the phone and left me on hold for an extended period of time.
On June 24th, 2019 at approximately 1:30 p.m. or 2:00 I went to the CVS Pharmacy on Lincoln Avenue to pick of a prescription that I had called about three times was more than a week late only to be told that the script was not in.
I called and both of my doctors called. On June 22nd I learned from the technician that the "technician" called the prescriptions in to the wrong doctors and reversed the medications from my PCP and my oncologist.
I called both of my doctors to ask them to call the prescription in and they had no record of CVS calling or faxing a script, My scripts have been on auto refill for the last 5 - 7 years.
When I arrived on Monday afternoon I was told my prescriptions was not ready they only had two of them. I was told by a person on the other side of the room in a second generation conversation that my medication was an over the counter drug. IT IS NOT. The conversation became heated when I addressed the pharmacist as to why a technician is trying to pass on wrong information about my medication and why is she debating about a script with absolutely no medical knowledge.
The pharmacist finally corrected her and said it is not an over the counter medication after the conversation became very heated and I informed the technician that I was not talking to her I was talking to the pharmacist.
She was loud, she was unprofessional and she crossed the line. I asked to speak to the manager who was not available. The pharmacist (a male pharmacist) was kind enough to call another CVS to see if my entire prescription was there. It was a 45 minute drive but it was worth not having to deal with that kind of ignorance in an environment that is predominately customer service. The technician whose name is "Destiny" is dangerous. She should not be telling customers what medications are or are not over the counter if she does know and she definitely should not be telling a customer whose prescription order is now two weeks late that it's over the counter. The pharmacy had a partial prescription which was 1/3 of the total script but I still had to pay the full price for a 30 day when it should have been a 90 day. I went to a different pharmacy thank God and the pharmacist at the new location was very professional and very customer friendly. "Destiny is not a nurse, doctor or pharmacist and she should stay in her lane when it comes to handling customer's medication. I pray that CVS does not allow this kind of behavior to continue it's dangerous for customers and it's legally dangerous for CVS. The CVS Pharmacy where Destiny works or pretends to work is on Lincoln Highway in Matteson, Illinois.
I spoke with another pharmacist after asking for the manager who again was not available. Unfortunately that's not the right position for a manager to take with such serious allegations against one of the technicians. Managers are there to prevent this kind of behavior from reoccurring. The pharmacist I spoke with assured me that this information would be passed on to the manager but I really think it's time to find another CVS or go back to Walgreens with my prescriptions. This is my third CVS Nightmare and someone should tell the technicians they are NOT pharmacist. They can not prescribe, suggest or discuss medical conditions with patients. This kind if service is frightening because someone could be harmed. I check my medications before I leave the store and I double check them when I get home to make sure it's the right pill, the right milligrams, etc. There should be a system in place to protect the consumer from people like Destiny who assume authority over such a serious matter, authority which they do not have.
medicine quantity
I personally do not have a complaint, but the CVS Pharmacy in the town I work in has had several complaint about not getting all of their qty of prescribed pills on Hydocodone. At first I thought it was just maybe an abuser, but when several others jumped on board I wondered if maybe the Kearney, MO 64060 store might have a problem with one of their employees taking the medicine. Here is a screen shot
pharmacy errors
I filled a controller narcotic prescription over several consecutive months at the CVS pharmacy in Ocean Township, NJ (located in Target). During the months of February to April 2019, I noted missing pills toward the beginning of my refill, ranging from 7-10 tablets missing. I immediately suspected coworkers and closely supervised my medication accordingly.
In April 2019, I opened a refilled prescription and found 10 of 30 pills missing. I contacted the pharmacist who confirmed inventory was correct, and she inquired if someone had access to my medication or if I possibly dropped the medication.
I since switched to Walgreens and have not had an issue with the last two prescriptions. Please look into this matter.
expired medication
I purchased Sinex Daytime Congestion, Pressure and Pain on 6/23/19 at 1:13pm and the medication had expired on 6/2018 LOT #6167171961 from CVS Store #2160. Unfortunately, I took the first dose without looking at the expiration but after further observation I saw that the medication had expired last year. It is unacceptable that this mediacation was even on the shelf.
drive thru attendant
As a frequent customer I was taken aback when I drove up to the drive through window today and saw your employees appearance!
I, for one am not comfortable having a person with Blue hair and nose rings handling any part of my prescription process, I am sure there must be Some Kind of dress code in handbook.
It is just not a professional appearance.
This happened at you 21st Street store in Newark Oh
Dress code!Attendant at your store working the drive thru came to the window and I was taken aback Blue Hair and nose ring, Not a professional appearance,
I am not comfortable with such handling any part of my prescription process
This happened at you 21st street store in Newark Oh
For the dress code, as long as he is clean and hygienic. and his dress code does not interfere with his performance he is not doing anything wrong. If you are going to be judgemental shop online. I am sure that anywhere you go you will find someone not suited to your expectations.
high fructose corn syrup in "melatonin 5mg gummies"
From Dr Hyman.
Renaissance physician Paracelsus famously said, "The dose makes the poison, " meaning that even harmless substances can become toxic if you eat enough of them. Many people ask me, "Is high fructose syrup really that bad for you?" And my answer to this question is "Yes, " mainly for this very reason.
In America today, we are eating huge doses of sugar, especially high fructose corn syrup. It is sweeter and cheaper than regular sugar and is in every processed food and sugar-sweetened drink. Purging it from your diet is the single best thing you can do for your health!
In addition there are many articles against this product, why in the world do you continue to use this POISON?
The only good thing about these gummies is the plastic bottle, it is recyclable.
pharmacist
I was at Cvs today, with my daughter and the pharmacist was so rude yelled at me in front of my daughter. She has a double ear infection and a UTI! He didn't want to get her prescription I waited over one hour and he said I could take my prescription and leave
Then he changed his mind and decided to fill them
My son and daughter were crying

A cvs store manager in Katy, TX
KATY FORT BEND RD/Franz
Her name is Debbie, she is extremely rude, she has so much attitude towards a few customers. My entire family goes to this store and different times only this lady is rude. She has problems with manufacturers coupons. She stares people down when she knows she is in the wrong. When asked to speak to the manager she says I AM THE MANAGER OF THE STORE. She is the worst store manger you can't even complain against her at the store because she is the only one apparently in charge
Store # 1996
This DEBBIE manager is by far the worst I have even seen. She always has a angry face. She is extremely rude, always argues, she is never nice to me every time I go I have an encounter with her. She has a major problem with manufacturers coupons. She got my photos that I made of my newborn all wrong. Horrible experience, can’t complain to anyone else because she says she is the store manager.
being lied to
went to the cvs store today located at 101 E Alameda Ave, Burbank, CA 91502. I came in to return Advil that I had bought about a week ago. The day I bought the Advil the cashier ran out of receipt paper which caused the receipt not to print the bottom portion. When I explained this to the cashier named Evet who was extremely rude and unhelpful she refused to return the Advil. She stated that she would not return the Advil although it was through no fault of my own that the previous store ran out of receipt paper and thats why the bottom part was missing. I then asked to speak to a manager who also gave me a hard time. Finally after 10 min. Of demanding my money back he refunds me without the tax. I did not get refunded the full amount that I paid because the oroginal price was 9.99 and I used a coupon and the afvil came out to 6 dollars. I was not refunded my full tax refund which is from the original price. Evet the cashier was very rude and stated that because of me they are going to be short now. She also wanted to keep my original receipt which had other items on it. Never never has this happened before. I demanded my receipt back. She fimally gives it back to me and takes a picture of it. What a joke cvs has become because of the terrible customer service. I want my full refund back that I paid. This cashier Evet gave me terrible customer service. I was not refunded the full amount that I paid and I want amswers. Well I call guest relations and the lying rep tells me that for my inconvenience she will load 10 dollar extra bucks to my card. Well i was lied to becaise that never happened. I call guest relations back and they refused ti honor it. Cvs is fraud and a total lie
cvs pharmacy - failing its customers all the time
My health plan through my employer now requires we use CVS for our prescriptions in order to be covered. I have filled multiple prescriptions with Store #5784 closest to my home and not once have they ever been able to deliver on their services. Wait times for pick up is 30+min every time even if the prescription is already filled. Wait times on the phone is the same or longer. I called today to confirm my prescription was filled since I never received a call after my doctor sent the order and I didn't want to wait in the store for over 30 min to be told they have not done it yet which is a very customary occurrence... someone by the name that sounded like "Shanitia" answers the phone after a 34 min hold with an automatic attitude. I want to make clear that I was respectful in inquiring about my prescription after the long hold time, she answered the phone with attitude before I was even able to ask my question. when I finally tell her I didn't appreciate her attitude, she starts screaming on the phone saying she is the only one in the store and is tired of answering the phone all day. She then starts to read out an address where I lived 18+ years ago ; I have filled several prescriptions at this store with my current address where I have been living for the past 15 years. I was not sure why was she yelling out such an old address, she continued to interrupt and speak very loudly and angrily if I tried to ask a question not letting me ask or answer any questions. im not sure who this person is but working answering phones or at any customer service job is not well suited for her. CVS has to do something about their service to their customers. Customer service at store #5784 located at 10013 mcmullen rd Riverview Fl is non-existent.
