CVS review: Environment concerns

This store is great inside, and the staff is helpful and nice. However, each time I go there I have multiple people in the parking lot asking for money. The last time I was there (12/2/20 11am) right in front of the entrance, two different people asked me for money (I always say "NO, Covid"). Then I witnessed one of them walk in while I was in line, before I checked out (2 min later), they walked back out tripping the alarm. The cashier didn't move or react. I walked out and saw the same person passing a bottle of booze around the group of people that were panhandling. Right in the parking lot. I didn't witness the theft, so I can only assume. But this is a routine situation in that parking lot. Every time I go there, I know at least one person will be asking for change and another person will be publicly intoxicated. I love all the stores in your mall. It is everything I need. But lately I find myself avoiding it all together. Yesterday made me realize I deserve better.
