i'm complaining about the your help the girl pharmacist in bastrop
Yesterday the 12th of may I I went into your store in bastrop texas 7860
I had to use the bathroom when I came out the door was a little bit hard to open and I got my wrist called in it.
I went up and I told the pharmacist and all I got out of her was i'm sorry and I was bleeding my wrist was swellen a little bit.
Luckily the sweet little lady that was helping people at the counter help me clean it up and put a bandaid on it. I will make sure that everybody knows how I was treated this is not right not right at all not right and I am totally irritated i'm the customer you don't treat me like that.
Nobody wanted to file a incident report or nothing they didn't have time for me. I am very ashamed of the cvs in bastrop texas very ashamed that we had them kind of people here who don't care about human beings.
unreturned credit card
On May 7, 2017, I purchased prescription drugs with a credit card from Store No. 8735, Chicago IL. The pharmacy clerk failed to return the card, and I didn't notice as I was preoccupied reviewing the drugs I received. Immediately thereafter, I left Chicago for a week long visit in Wisconsin. When I returned to Chicago on May 13, 2017, I realized that my credit card was missing and, upon learning that the CVS purchase had been my last purchase with the card, I called the pharmacy at Store No. 8735 and was told that my credit card was at the store in the manager's office. I was also told that a voice mail message had been left on my mobile line notifying me that the card was at the store--that assertion is false, as no such message was received by me on the telephone line identified by the pharmacy clerk. I immediately traveled to the store and went the manager's office. A man, who said his name is Ben but otherwise refused to identify himself, told me that the card was not there and that it was probably thrown out. I then asked Ben if he knew who threw the card out, and he responded that he didn't hadn't done it and didn't know who did. I asked Ben if any written record had been made regarding the store's possession of the card, and Ben said that there was no record. These are my complaints: (1) the card was not returned to me after my purchase, (2) despite having my telephone number, the store did not call me to inform me that the store was in possession of my card, (3) no record was made of the store's possession of my card, (4) no one at the store knows what actually happened to the card, (5) if the card was actually "thrown out" as asserted by Ben, then it was not properly disposed of, (6) CVS does not has a proper policy regarding credit cards it fails to return.
false advertising
CVS posted an ad that if you brought in 2 coupons, they would provide a free can of Barbasol shaving cream. When I submitted the required two coupons, Brittney the store manager at the CVS at 1544 Piedmont Avenue NE, Atlanta, GA informed me that CVS only allowed customers to use one coupon no mkatter what the CVS ad stated and refused to honor the CVS ad.
unauthorized prescription transfer
What I thought was going to be an easy thing to do has turned into a nightmare. This complaint is regarding CVS Pharmacy #3263 in Plantation FL. I wanted to transfer my prescription to Publix, and so I went to Publix and they said that they would handle the situation. I went two weeks before my prescription needed another refill. I called 4 days before my prescription would run out and they had not transferred my prescription to Publix. I have to go to Publix to see what the problem is. The pharmacist calls CVS and someone tells them that my prescription had already been transferred to another store. The problem is, to my disbelief, I NEVER gave CVS authorization to do this. I never went to the store or called for them to transfer my prescription. I called CVS and the person there tells me that "they never transfer a prescription without prior authorization", and I tell her "I never gave you authorization, because I never called or went there". I asked her if she could tell me what store the prescription was transferred to and she said "the system does not let me see that information". What? So you transferred my prescription without my consent and on top of that you cannot tell me where you sent it to? Needless to say, I did not get ANY help from CVS regarding this matter and acted like I was at fault. Three days later I am still trying to get my prescription. This is really ridiculous, and CVS should be accountable for this or better yet, track where prescriptions are transferred to. Again complete nightmare and really really upset. I never complain, but this is really unbelievable.
drive thru service
It was horrible! They man was very rude and explaining it like if it was my fault, till I made him call the store manager and talked to her and she fixed the problem. I had to wait about 20 minutes for it to be " fixed " . The man was trying to say it was not in the system when a month ago I just had gotten some diaper rash cream for my son. And the pharmacy lady kept saying her to my son instead of him. I was just really frustrated and annoyed. I have always been coming to this pharmacy. But never treated like this. IT IS MY LAST TIME GOING THERE THAT IS FOR SURE. The man was saying my sons insurance wasn't on file but I just came a month ago? So they gave me something without checking his insurance ! What if it was something hazardous towards him! I am very frustrated with them and their HORRIBLE service.
photo lab
Hi today I had an insedent with a worker name Steven at 3923 Garth Rd baytown tx 77521.
I received confirmation that my picture was ready so I went to the CVS at this location and My picture wasn't there I spoke to an elderly lady there she couldn't find so I left and called costumer service and there a lady answered and she said that her system said that my photo was there and to make sure she called and as well the elderly lady answered when she came back on the phone she said that picture is there.and for me just to make sure I called the same place from previous and now a guy name Steven answered I was nice about the whole run around I asked him I just wanted to make sure if my picture was there before I go again he said it's been here all day (but in a very rude way) I wasn't sure what was going on so I asked him I went in earlier and it wasn't there he told me ( do you know there's 2 CVS in baytown I said yes but where I sent it was the one by the hospital and he told me that I never called nor went in again acting and talking very rude) . I just want to let you know what happen thank you.
not satisfied
I stopped at CVS at 1200 Wilmington Pike, West Chester, PA 19382 on May 5th, 2017 in the afternoon, wanting to buy Hershey chocolate candy, on sale if possible. Saw a bin with Hershey plain chocolate large bars and the one with almonds, at two dollars and something each, plus a sign that said buy one, get one 1/2 off. So decided to get the plain bars, two of them, in order to get the sale price. When I got to the counter the check-out guy rang me up after scanning my extra-care card. However the sale prices did not come up. Thereby I commented on it and Alessandro, his name is, went to check the sign I saw for the sale on the candy. He came back not very pleasantly and said oh that sign is from a few weeks ago, they never took it down, and it is only for the Hershey with almonds anyway (in tiny fine print it said on the sign). Told him I found both types of chocolate in the same area. He just repeated the sign was an old one. Plus the chocolate came up at three dollars and something each. So having searched the store previously for a sale chocolate, taking time out of my day, and finding one with and advertised price, he was not going to honor what I saw on the sign displayed. And he was not nice about it either. Thought that unfair and not proper business ethics. I did not want to argue and just left the store disappointed in CVS. I am a good customer of the CVS, especially in Swarthmore, PA 19081, closer to where I live, always shopping there and filling my many prescriptions. Usually sale clerks are quite pleasant, friendly, helpful--but not at the one in West Chester that I stopped at. So really sadly surprised at the service I got there, I thought I should report the matter. My name is Patricia Beck and my email is [protected]@comcast.net and my postal address is 1847 Constitution Ave, Apt 404, Woodlyn, PA 19094 and cell phone is [protected]
faulty debit card processing / attitude from pharmacist
Today I had 2 perscriptions filled at the 1205 Bellevue Ave Pharmacy in Richmond, Va. The two perscriptions were filled quickly which I was happy with. It only took 15 min. When I came up to check out I was having issues with the debit card machine. The pharmacist attempting to help me (Richard) was very impatient and condescending. The system that rung me up automatically added an extra $3 donation onto my bill which I did not agree to and when I told Richard i didnt mind donating but I didnt think it was right that i was automatically charged he told me that he wouldnt help me and kept on blaming the donation on me. I am frustrated because it was obvious that the CVS debit card processor had a glitch in it and I was hitting all the right buttons. Even though I tried to be patient Richard wouldnt help resolve the problem. I will definiatly womt be using this CVS again. Poor customer service.
Did you actually read the screen on the debit reader before you started pushing buttons? In 8 years I have never once had a donation added to someone's transaction without the customer approving it.
return refund
Went to CVS located at 13933 Hwy 9 in Milton GA to return 2 lipsticks that I purchased at a different CVS that is 25 miles away and was told by the store manager Bartley that I need to take the items back to the store where I purchased them because they don't have the bar code on them and can't do the return. I told her that I'm rarely around the area where the other CVS is located and that the receipt shoes my purchase.
She refused and didn't even call the other store to get the upc number to make the return. Definitely a lack of customer service and the manager was rude. What if I purchased this out of state? Returns should not be this difficult.
When I asked for her District Managers name she said they don't have one right now which makes sense as to why service has gone down.
Not sure how long it's been since they had a District Manager but it's affecting the level of service at the store level.
My recent encounter with CVS discovered that our purchase at CVS may not be returned even with receipt and an unopened product. Their representative informed my that if a purchase reached certain amount, even with receipt, they will go through a TRE verification system. The system can deny your return. The system criteria is unknown and no one in CVS store, corporate could over-write the system decision.
Therfore, be careful and think twice when you do purchase in CVS.
zyrtec coupons from the sunday newspapers
Today at noon, Sunday, May 7, 2017, I had two (2) Zyrtec coupons for the nasal spray & pills. I had the exact item as shown on the coupons. The coupons are good until May 21. Your system wouldn't take the coupons. The clerk even tried to enter the code number on the coupons & it still didn't take. She did not even ask if I wanted to see the manager, just said sorry I can't honor the coupons. I asked to see the manager about this problem. He was able to help me & the system then took the coupons.
I spent $35 in your store today, if nobody was able to help me I was going to take my business elsewhere. I believe you should look into this problem as to why your computer system was not able to take my coupons. This store is located at 6501 Harbison Ave., Phila. PA, the clerk's name was Gabrielle.
Thank you.
improper notification of medication received
Received a called from cvs with ordering a refill of nasonex - - today (5/6/17), I had another problem with my mother's medication — I went thru the drive thru and asked if the prescription that I was picking up was nasonex — the answer was yes — got home and found out it was the generic — called the store to found out what the doctor had written — stated it was for nasonex but he didn't check the box for no substitute — so they filled it with a generic — would have appreciated if the aide that waiting on me would have stated it was the generic (they seem to not be able to read the the order that is attached to the bag) — I would have refused, since my mother had used this generic spray before and didn't work as well as nasonex — cvs #1735 — rx 0711475
Ps: this is not the first time this has happened, will add this to her other generic prescriptions that have not been used, that cvs has failed to inform the customer that they make switches, even when the customer asks — by the way this customer is 98 years old — not all generics are equal to the non-generic products
cvs pantyliner
I have been a CVS customer for quite some time now and I am very upset with my current experience. There was a CVS brand of pantyliner on sale, buy 1 get the other for 50 % off. But there was only one pack left. I noticed that the always brand had the same quantity but was 30 cent difference. I asked the manager of I could still get the sale and she relied no! "I can't do that! She didn't even try to find an alternative solution or took the time to see if there were any extra cvs brand in the inventory.
depend
I ordered Men's Depend Underwear for my father on the 28th of April. The company sent a large box of Kleenex instead. How stupid can someone be. I have complained in person and through messages several times and the company keeps blaming me for the mistake. This was a purchase for a medical need. How could a company this large be so dumb. I suggest everyone stops using CVS. The company keeps throwing a fit about $53 dollars when they should just do their job and give me a refund for their mistake I am sure they can afford it. Everyone needs to go back to school or take a class on how to treat people. The power of the internet will definitely make sure everyone knows what a terrible company this is.
price check online discrepancy
May 4, 2017 - checked online for Tabu Spray Cologne. CVS web site said it was available at my CVS store in Mustang, OK. Price posted was $15.49. When I got to the store, the price was $17.49. Lady at store verified price as $17.49. Also verified it was not on sale recently.
Was in a hurry since it was needed as a gift. Got cheated out of $2.00. I took phone picture of web site pricing and availability at myCVS.
refusing to fill prescriptions from my doctor.
I just found out today the CVS will no longer fill prescriptions from my doctor. I have CVS Caremark insurance, so I have no choice in where I take my prescriptions to be filled. The medication in question can be fatal to stop abruptly. I have 4 days of medicine and can't get in to see a new doctor for 3 weeks. My death is on your head CVS! Prepare yourselves for a lawsuit of epic proportions.
photo service
I am a public school teacher. After a school field trip, I ordered 147 4X6 prints online with the CVS One Hour app. I intended to put in the coupon code MOM10 to get the prints for 10 cents each. Before I got a place to put my code in, the prints were sent to the store. I expected to be able to give the code to the store on April 29, 2017 the due date for the coupon code.
My order number is 0X4CY03M.
When I arrived at store #7094 and told them of my difficulty, the manager said that he could not help me and I would have to pay regular price for the photos. I would never have ordered that many, because I live on a limited school teacher budget. I was in tears as I left the store, after paying $50.35 for my total order. Savannah, a very nice clerk, gave me the 1-800 number to get it resolved.
When I called, the CVS personnel told me that my coupon should have been accepted at the store. She called the store manager while I was on hold. She was flabbergasted when she got back to me and said the manager would still not OK my coupon. Her advice was to move my business to another store.
I have been a CVS customer for 25 years in League City. I should not have to move my business to another store to get good customer service.
This is terrible customer service.
I want a refund of the extra money that I was forced to pay for the photos.
I should have paid $14.70, instead of the $42.63 that I was charged.
How can we remedy this situation?

employees
The store on Hickory st in Denton, TX has very bad costumer service. There is never anyone on the sales floor to help you. The cashiers are very busy, so it is hard for them to help. I have called there to ask questions about things they sale and the phone will ring and ring before anyone answers. I don't know what position she holds but Crystal needs to go. She placed me on hold for quite awhile because I needed a price and she was too busy in the backroom to go look for me. I don't know what could have been more important than a customer's questions. I heard she is dating a vendor, maybe he was there at the time. Who knows. Something needs to be done with this store.
unethical behavior at checkout
On 5/1/17 at Register #2, Transaction #5232, Cashier #1470795, Store # 3039.
While in the store with my 4 year old grandson, the Cashier named Lorena asked for my CVS card. In a struggle to grab my grandson from running out the front door, I tossed my CVS card on the conveyor near my purchases. Cashier scanned the card and threw it back at me. I told her that was a bit rude. And her snotty reply, "you did it to me". When I explained that I did not, but trying to control my grandson, she continued to be rude. When I asked her name, she pointed to it on my receipt and again told me she was going to treat me like I treated her! Again, she was totally oblivious to a rowdy 4 year old and the fact that my CVS card was tossed on the conveyor with my purchases. I'm not sure what kind of society that we are living in where young people believe they can be disrespectful to the customer and make rude and nasty comments with no concern of consequences or how it may affect their jobs.
Unbelievable! We always have a bad experience at CVS...they are all snotty beasts!
prescription discrepancy
04/30/2017
Transferred prescription from Walgreens (Plano, TX) to CVS (3910 W. 3rd St. Bloomington, IN) and was given a different named medication (Mibelas) from what I've been taking going on 2 years now (Minastrin). I return to the pharmacy to inform them the medication that I just purchased is not what I've been taking. The pharmacy technician asks me, " Is this the medication you take?" I respond, "I've never taken this medication." The technician then went to ask the pharmacist about the discrepancy. I was then told that the medication given is the same thing and they've had trouble getting the other medication ( my original prescription). So I asked did it have the same active ingredients and if it was the generic. I was told yes it is the generic.
The problem: A pharmacy should never give a different medication (even if only in name) to a customer without notifying them /giving proper explanation of the change (there was no pharmacist consultation) and getting the customer's consent to take the different medication. A customer should not have to "discover" this once leaving the pharmacy only to return for questions and concerns that should have been addressed when the medication was given.
Desired resolution: Pharmacy staff should be retrained on this aspect of customer care. Building a strong trust and rapport is essential to good business and even safety.
