Taco bell, enough is enough!
i go to tb 2-3 weekly and today xissed me off. At 3:00pm its not operational is not an acceptable reply.
Pulling up to the take out, it is announced we can only accept cash as our computer terminal for transactions is down. Okay, luckily i have cash and place my order and then get told the coffee machine is broke and not working.
I complained aboutbthis coffee machine for months and after 6 months they got a new machine 2-3 months ago. What the xxxx is wrong with the streetsboro ohio location. Out if the 8-12 times i go this location, there is alway some excuse, e.G., the computer is down, the coffee machine is down or it will be another 10-15 before we will be up and running!
this streetsboro location is plagued with operational and attitude problems.
I've been in the quality realms for 40+ years and i have never seen a business operate this way. If you have problems, close the place and find out what the xxxx is going on, re-educate and train management and drive it tomthe employees the expectations the tb marketing id demands so as not to injure the brand.
Branding is important and 1 complaint can generate 7-10 negative response if carried out to that persons friends. You need to do something to get this franchise corrected or shut it down, there are other fast food operations to choose from and i'd sorely miss tb, but you desperately need to do someting!
