I went in today May 16th 2018 and was baffled at what i heard and saw. The female manager was awfully rude to her workers, didn't help, and occasionally went outside to maybe go to her car. I'm not sure what she was doing. The food was good and the young man that gave me my food inside was kind but the rest of the environment was not organized. I am usually very pleased with my experience but this time was different. The managers need to do more because if they did their job they would have greeted me as I walked in or walked out so i could have caught their name.
power burrito, my meal
Ordered 2 power burritos at 9:15 on May 16th, both poorly put together, inside of burritos coming out of the torn tortilla and a mess. Found a hair in one of the burritos. The area to get your drinks was covered in pop. Our order was wrong. However, the worst thing about the visit was the employee I encountered. She was clearly under the influence of something, when I began to order she cut me off, began shaking her head and telling me no that I couldn't order because they were out of everything, when I said I doubt that and again tried to order she began waving her arms and said we don't serve food here we sell shoes...I was visibly upset & frustrated, so she finally got quiet so I could order, of course she rang up the order wrong. It was the worst experience at any restaurant I've ever been to.

I live in hawaii and it's atrocious the service we get out here, we don't really have a dollar menu our for example crunchy taco is now a 1.49+ tax and so on you advertise in our market great savings and we can't even use the app out here I think this is unfair and wrong I have been a 3 day or better customer per week but now the food is gotten skimpy and and service is worse then ever especially the mcully store.

Recently I was in your taco bell in Honesdale pa. The lady working the register was fantastic but that was not the problem. The girls working the prep and cooks in the back was the problem. Honesdale was issued a tornado warning on Tuesday May 15, 2018 the girls in the back decided TO LOCK THE DOORS SO NO CUSTOMERS WERE ALLOWED IN OR OUT OF THE BUSINESS then I had to wait for my food 20 minutes. Last time I checked it was illegal to lock doors of a business. Imagine if the windows got busted out or a vechile hitting the building. This was not fair to me or the others in your business. Just saying Honesdale residents lost power and even had uprooted trees. Also the girls I heard the girls said to other customers don't let anyone else in the building they only locked the doors because besides myself there was about 10 others in line at the time.
I got a burrito that was bitten.
I order three of the meals at about 4:30 pm today, when I got home I was separating the contents and one of the burritos had a big bite taken off of it, I took the whole order back and they new about the bitten burrito as one of the employees came over to help the other employee complete the rebound and he ask her ow they got that one. If they havebitten food in the kitchen why was it not thrown out.

I was thinking about what to get from the menu and the cashier was very unrespectful she was rolling her eyes and walk around like if she was mad so I was very frustrated because her bad attitude so I tell her that if she don't want to take my order she can call someone else and she star talking bad things to me so I tell her to call the manager and she walks away with really bad attitude so I walk away from the store but I'm really mad an upset because a have to go somewhere else to eat just because the employees don't want to be at her place where she works

Im on lunch break. Wanted dorito loco tacos. I order the party pavk with 6 dorito loco and 6 tacos. The manager asked me if I wanted all crunchy... Weird I thought but said yes. I get home and have all regular crunchy tacos. I called the store#003631. It was determined that it was the manager that took my order. I told her I was disappointed she said I could come back and she would replace the but I would have to pay the difference. Said she was sorry for the miscommunication. My experience was not as expected. Though I paid for what I received.

I went in an ordered a steak soft taco and 2 mini chicken quesadillas and I waited like 15 min then a lady come sn like 15 min later orders her food and gets it pronto So when I ask about my order I am ignored and the cashier says she doesn't know what happened so I ask the manager who ignores me then when I ask for a refund the manager comes over never apologized so I asked the manager is that how customer service works because I have been her 20 minutes waiting on 3 items and you guys are steady making drive through orders and taking care of the customers after me so then the manager says "ok well we made a mistake here is your refund" then she just waked away I have never experienced such horrible customer service
drive through/food
My girlfriend and I stopped by the taco bell on south parkway and when we received out food half of one of our Doritos locos tacos was dumped put in the bag unwrapped. We were also missing a chicken chipotle griller and we didn't receive a receipt so we could call and complain. When i called the store I was told they couldn't do anything without the receiptand then hung up on. Since I didn't get a receipt I called back to ask when management would be there but
I was told they were going to call the police and hung up on again.
closed before closing time
There suppose to be open from 7am to 12am, but over here on 17th street address here is 2355 17th street wilmington nc 28401. It was 11:25 when i got here and i called the store but i got no answer. This isn't the first time this has happened. I think you should get more employees that want to actually work and make the store money. Very disappointed, again.
rude employee in drive thru
I was ordering for my office in the drive thru. The first young lady was wonderful in starting to take my order. She was rudely interrupted by another employee on the speaker for drive thru. The first young lady told the 2nd employee she had the order being taken. The 2nd young lady would not allow her to do her job. She was rude and curt. Her tones were abrupt. I did not finish giving the order due to her cutting me off after every item with " anything else" and " is your order finished". I finally stopped ordering after I asked for tacos and chalupas due to her rudeness and bought the rest of the lunch elsewhere. I understand drive thru and sense of urgency. I also understand rudeness. Please allow your customers a moment to read your menu to place a complete order and maximize their experience with you. You lost sales due to this young lady. I hope she is retrained in customers service. Note: This was not during peak time or peak service times.
charged when substituting sauce
On 5/13/18 I (ticket order #107894) one of the items I purchased was a bean burrito. I asked to substitute the red sauce with chipotle sauce. Instead of my burrito costing me $1.29 it cost me $1.74 just because I substituted the sauce! I asked why and the cashier (ticket shows Laura but it was not a female, it was a older male with long black and white hair/beard). He said he agreed with me but that how Taco Bell makes it's nickles and dimes. Really?!
My family and I are long-time customers and will continue to go to Taco Bell but was just wanted to express my feelings about the situation.

rude service and constant wrong order

At 10:02 p.m. I, Martha Murphy, went to Taco Bell placed an order for 5 soft taco supremes no lettuce, a pinto and cheese, and an empanada with senior discount. I got home and I had 5 regular tacos, called the store, Lauren G. picked up and I asked to speak to the manager and she told me the manager was in the office with the door closed and then hung up on me. So after ten calls, I finally get the manager who says his name is Dominick Clark and I tell him my complaint and that my order was wrong. Then he told me they were out of sour cream so in turn, I asked him "You should inform me that we are out of sour cream and ask if I want to order something else." He responded, "I don't know, " nonchalantly. He did not care. This is not the first time this has happened. Last time I went, on May 2, the staff was rude and they let my food get cold. It seems to me like as large as a corporation that this is that Taco Bell would have better managers and cashiers and other people that work there should be able to keep up with the inventory. You don't let it get down so low you run out. You should be on top of it. It's incompetent and it makes the business look bad. So in this complaint I'm asking the Corporate Headquarters to do something about it because you have rude staff members, managers that act like they don't care if your order is right. They don't want to fix the problem. So please get something done about. I'm sick of going through this. I enjoy the food, but I'm not getting quality service. Could you please do something about it? I ordered a #3, which is 3 taco Supremes. Get home and to my surprise (not really suprised) 3 REGULAR tacos, if I could call them tacos. Looked like they just layed 3 tortillas down and tossed one scoop of me at, cheese, and lettuce and where it landed they wrapped them. The tacos were much, much smaller in product than what a normal taco has. This is the first time I have been back to this location in 2 months as the previous 7 visits, yes 7 visits they had gotten my order wrong. The employees are the rudest bunch of employees I have ever encountered. They have sat at the register with customers waiting to order and have told the customers "hold on one minute" while they update their Facebook status or respond to texts. This has happened to me numerous times and I have witnessed this happen to other customers placing orders. Average wait time for an order is 15 minutes, regardless of how busy they are or aren't.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 chicken quesadillas with extra sauce and 2 crunchy taco supremes. When I got home I was extremely disappointed to find basically empty quesadillas and very skimpy tacos. There was an entire piece of the quesadilla with absolutely nothing on it! It was just tortilla. Also, the tacos were very thin with barely any meat and a little bit of lettuce and sour cream just thrown on it. They were only half-filled.
poor food and very poor customer service
We ordered online and ordered 2-12 packs (it was supposed to be 12 soft and 12 hard tacos), 2 fiesta potatoes, a Mexican pizza, a quesadilla, a nacho supreme, and a meximelt. We received no soft tacos. Our hard tacos we're stale and as my husband was trying to choke down one of the tacos he found a hair that almost made him vomit! I called the restaurant and spoke to Eric the "Manager". He told me that he refused to make it right. We drove from Rockport to the restaurant at 1217 Waldron Rd, Corpus Christi, Tx to get dinner because our Taco Bell isn't open back up yet. I've never had such poor service ever!

Mark smock was yelling at another employee and making nasty remarks that never had of been said in a public place and should be fired for saying anything like that he is not a good employee and should be fired. He was saying things that I don't even feel comfortable saying online. It was very loud and disturbing other people trying to eat and to my nolage the person that he was yelling at did nothing to him and was attacked for no reason
taco bell app and selden store
Saturday May 12th I tried ordering on my phone app, it did not work so I called the store talked to a nice young man he said put our address in and you should be able to order. I did and I ordered it went through thinking it was the Selden store, but it sent me to the Farmigville store. I called up the Selden store to let them know ow what happened and a girl answered who said she was the manager she was rude, thank god we went to Farmigville I would have told her off she didn't care that when you order at Selden you had to pick it up in Farmigville I told her she should have somebody fix the app because Selden will lose a lot of business she told me she has nothing to do with the app that we can dine in or go in an order. If that was my store I would not have someone like her working especially as a manager she is so RUDE my family likes taco Bell, but I refuse to go somewhere where the manager was rude to a customer. Since she didn't care that they were losing business because of the app when I was at Farmigville I told them that if anyone orders for the Selden store they are being sent to them.
the wild naked chalupa
I ordered a naked chalupa and 3 doritos tacos! The naked chalupa was as hard as a brick and the cheese was brown and rubbery! I have been calling the store for over 45 minutes and the line just is busy! That store had hardly no people in or out so why couldn't I get thru!
