rude service and constant wrong order

At 10:02 p.m. I, Martha Murphy, went to Taco Bell placed an order for 5 soft taco supremes no lettuce, a pinto and cheese, and an empanada with senior discount. I got home and I had 5 regular tacos, called the store, Lauren G. picked up and I asked to speak to the manager and she told me the manager was in the office with the door closed and then hung up on me. So after ten calls, I finally get the manager who says his name is Dominick Clark and I tell him my complaint and that my order was wrong. Then he told me they were out of sour cream so in turn, I asked him "You should inform me that we are out of sour cream and ask if I want to order something else." He responded, "I don't know, " nonchalantly. He did not care. This is not the first time this has happened. Last time I went, on May 2, the staff was rude and they let my food get cold. It seems to me like as large as a corporation that this is that Taco Bell would have better managers and cashiers and other people that work there should be able to keep up with the inventory. You don't let it get down so low you run out. You should be on top of it. It's incompetent and it makes the business look bad. So in this complaint I'm asking the Corporate Headquarters to do something about it because you have rude staff members, managers that act like they don't care if your order is right. They don't want to fix the problem. So please get something done about. I'm sick of going through this. I enjoy the food, but I'm not getting quality service. Could you please do something about it? the meal #3
I ordered a #3, which is 3 taco Supremes. Get home and to my surprise (not really suprised) 3 REGULAR tacos, if I could call them tacos. Looked like they just layed 3 tortillas down and tossed one scoop of me at, cheese, and lettuce and where it landed they wrapped them. The tacos were much, much smaller in product than what a normal taco has. This is the first time I have been back to this location in 2 months as the previous 7 visits, yes 7 visits they had gotten my order wrong. The employees are the rudest bunch of employees I have ever encountered. They have sat at the register with customers waiting to order and have told the customers "hold on one minute" while they update their Facebook status or respond to texts. This has happened to me numerous times and I have witnessed this happen to other customers placing orders. Average wait time for an order is 15 minutes, regardless of how busy they are or aren't.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 chicken quesadillas with extra sauce and 2 crunchy taco supremes. When I got home I was extremely disappointed to find basically empty quesadillas and very skimpy tacos. There was an entire piece of the quesadilla with absolutely nothing on it! It was just tortilla. Also, the tacos were very thin with barely any meat and a little bit of lettuce and sour cream just thrown on it. They were only half-filled.
poor food and very poor customer service
We ordered online and ordered 2-12 packs (it was supposed to be 12 soft and 12 hard tacos), 2 fiesta potatoes, a Mexican pizza, a quesadilla, a nacho supreme, and a meximelt. We received no soft tacos. Our hard tacos we're stale and as my husband was trying to choke down one of the tacos he found a hair that almost made him vomit! I called the restaurant and spoke to Eric the "Manager". He told me that he refused to make it right. We drove from Rockport to the restaurant at 1217 Waldron Rd, Corpus Christi, Tx to get dinner because our Taco Bell isn't open back up yet. I've never had such poor service ever!

Mark smock was yelling at another employee and making nasty remarks that never had of been said in a public place and should be fired for saying anything like that he is not a good employee and should be fired. He was saying things that I don't even feel comfortable saying online. It was very loud and disturbing other people trying to eat and to my nolage the person that he was yelling at did nothing to him and was attacked for no reason
taco bell app and selden store
Saturday May 12th I tried ordering on my phone app, it did not work so I called the store talked to a nice young man he said put our address in and you should be able to order. I did and I ordered it went through thinking it was the Selden store, but it sent me to the Farmigville store. I called up the Selden store to let them know ow what happened and a girl answered who said she was the manager she was rude, thank god we went to Farmigville I would have told her off she didn't care that when you order at Selden you had to pick it up in Farmigville I told her she should have somebody fix the app because Selden will lose a lot of business she told me she has nothing to do with the app that we can dine in or go in an order. If that was my store I would not have someone like her working especially as a manager she is so RUDE my family likes taco Bell, but I refuse to go somewhere where the manager was rude to a customer. Since she didn't care that they were losing business because of the app when I was at Farmigville I told them that if anyone orders for the Selden store they are being sent to them.
the wild naked chalupa
I ordered a naked chalupa and 3 doritos tacos! The naked chalupa was as hard as a brick and the cheese was brown and rubbery! I have been calling the store for over 45 minutes and the line just is busy! That store had hardly no people in or out so why couldn't I get thru! placing orders on app
I downloaded the taco bell app and was trying to place an order with the Molalla, Oregon restaurant only to find that after I issued payment, my order and payment was sent to the Canby location. What I didn't know was that the Molalla location doesn't have online ordering set up yet and because the app asked if I allowed them knowing my phones location, had sent my order automatically to Canby. The moment I saw that, I called the Canby location to either transfer my order to Molalla or cancel it altogether. They refused. Said they were incapable of forwarding the order and because the order was placed online through the app, they couldn't cancel my payment. What a crock! The Canby location was clear out of my way, so I opted to eat the $ 14.78 and an add'l $10.00 for the order at Molalla. We also had a 40 minute wait to boot on top of all this. I think the least they should of done was stop payment on my online order, but it appears that good customer service didn't matter to them. Both locations have since lost my business.
cashier very rude
The cashier Baraa A at the West Edmond Road in Edmond Oklahoma was very rude and huffing and puffing and slamming our cups down for us to hurry up with our order. We just got in there and before we could even get a word out, he started with an attitude. Very very rude. He should not be working at a place like this if he does not want to deal with people. This is our favorite fast food to go and have never dealt with someone to rude.

Came to Taco Bell at 10am to order in the drive through. Waited ten minutes just to be ignored. Finally I backed out and went inside the actual restaurant and waited another 5 five minutes being ignored to find out nobody is working. Absolutely no cashiers on duty and yet the front of the store still remains open. Then the lady tries to give me a pathetic excuse that they don't have anybody to take my order and that I have to leave. If this is how you treat people and your business then you have forever lost me a a customer. This was completely disrespectful and and shows how lousy of a business you guys are.
crunch wrap
So i walked into a understaffed taco bell i ordered a bacon crunch wrap with no jalapeno sauce because i have food allergies to spices instead i bit straight into a sausage crunch wrap with jalapeno sause on it i came to let them kno the lady who making the food appeared to be the manager and looked at me and ignoring me finally the young lady from the drive thru took care of everything now i have heartburn and a rash on my arm all because there not paying attention and rushing i understand fast food demands but no one should pay money to go home with pain not to mention what if it was worse im very upset and will never come back

Almost everytime I order food from my local Taco Bell my food is almost always wrong. I usually get nacho cheese cheesy gordita crunch with extra spicy ranch. 9 times out of 10 the entire taco is put together horribly, sloppily put together, ive paid for extra and received absolutely nothing, less than what is normally put on there. tonight I ordered 2 of them and a potato griller and all of them tastes like they were made hours before I even got there. normally i'm not one to say anything or complain like this but it's not just once or twice, this is almost every time i go to get taco bell. I love taco bell, it's one of my favorite places to get food, but i'm constantly disappointed with my local one.
drive thru service
For the first (two) times in my life Ive left a drive thru line- both have been at Taco Bell, and both were in the last nine days (different Dubuque stores).
First time I was #5 in the queue. Already ordered, and for 13 minutes no cars moved...so I left, as did the four other cars.
Second time, I waited ten minutes- and once again no cars moved during that time.
I won't make this mistake a third time.
drive through order
Forgot my bean burrito! OMG. Ididn't receive a receipt so can't reference the receipt number, I donated $$ to whatever your cause was...and now have tried to call the store to notify them over the oversight
for past 20 minutes and the phone rings and rings. Very upset as would take me another 20 minutes to back and forth during rush hour. ?.

The young lady taking orders at about 3:15-3:20pm 5/11/18 was very rude while taking my order. I began my order and in the middle she just said "okay, thank you" then I said " I wasn't finished ordering". Her response was "I wasn't talking to you"
I then told her I was coming in to talk to the Manager and her response was "fine".
I went in and asked for the manager and the same young lady that was working the drive through walked up and said she was the manager! I told her that she was rude and never to speak to a customer like that and she got defensive. I stopped her and said that is unacceptable. She could have nicely explained herself or apologized.

The night of May 10, 2018 I went to Taco Bell in Columbia MO on Business Loop. I was waited on then proceeded to wait another 20 min for two soft shell tacos easy lettuce and and nacho Bell grande combo. The manager comes to the front and gives a young man (who had just about 5 minutes before walked in) a big bag of food in exchange for a pack of Newports. Very UNPROFESSIONAL! I finally received my food after waiting for almost 30 minutes, to get home and my refried beans were extremely old and dry, and my chips were soggy as if it just sat for awhile. I am a very proud customer of Taco Bell but tonight's service was horrible and unprofessional in front of a lobby full of people.

We are strict vegetarian and every time we order food at this location they either put meat in them everhough after specifying about substitution to beans and they always mess up on our orders . They give wrong food and every time we pay extra to pay for guacamole's or ranch or creamy jalapeño and they never ever add . And they all are very rude . I am asking you all to fire thsoe people working at 3150 Sycamore school road, Fort Worth, TX . I will complain to FDA . And any other food health Sefty authorities . They need to apologize to me and my family .

There was a super long line at this location. I think I sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes? Eventually it was mine turn to order. Pull up and nobody answers for like 5 minutes then a gentleman comes on and says how you doing today. I said fine. Then there is silence and then a lady comes on and she laughing and laughing and goes you can order when your ready. So I place my order and had to repeat myself numerous times. I wanted the number 8 and I got the number 10 didn't realize that till I got home. The food was cold and gross and there was hardly ever meet on the tacos. I had drove all the way from Kentucky for business and I was to tired to come back and get the correct order. I pull up to pay for my meal and the young lady is standing there on her cell phone while see is taking people orders and the gentleman who took my credit card wasn't very friendly at all and never reviewed my order or nothing. I have worked in hotels for a very long time and that by far was the worst costumer service ever. This isn't the first time this is has happened at this location or the other one in Reynoldsburg. I usually drive to the Gahanna Location but again I was just traveling from Kentucky on work business. I don't normally complain but I had to this time. I would like to have my money for the amount of $9.69

I went in and ordered on may 10 2018 in zephyrhills Florida 33541.. At Taco Bell.
I ordered and my card was declined and the manager David R. Siver was taking the order.. I said I have money in my bank what is the problem.. He said its on your end so I called my bank standing there and asked them was card blocked or why it was declined.. All this in front of customers.. My bank said nothing comming through from Taco Bell.. I said its your end thats something is wrong.. David R. Siver said listen its your card that declined if you want the food pay for it.. I said buddy something wrong with your machine.. No your card has declined buddy its your end I said no its your end.. Kept going back and forth.. I said you have a manager I can speak with.. He said I am the manager.. What you want me to do give you this food.. I said no but I would like to pay so I can eat.. He said dont know what to tell you buddy.. All this in front of customers and then a girl walked up from drive through and said oh its a mastercard our machine wont take them for some reason.. I said ok.. Your the manager and you didnt know this.. Instead you was embarrassing me in front of customers saying your card was declined and kept telling me it was my end that needed fixing and what do you want me to do give it to you.. He said? I ask what was his name he would not tell me and he said you want me to call police I said sure I dont care.. So he did and I said I will get your name now.. So the police came and he wanted me tresspassed from property because Taco Bell machine would not work.. Which as manager he didnt know or none of this would of happened.. But he was very rude and embarrassed me in front of customers.. He needs to have a couple weeks off with no pay or fired in my opinion.. Please contact me on this incident.. Roger M. Geiger

walk in take out
Stopped today for dinner to bring home. I live in the country so it's a 20 Min drive home. Order a T1 meal 2 chaloopas and a hard taco drink and 2 grilled stuffed steak burritos 2 soft tacos and a 12pc cinabon. Spent 31$ only to get home and find my meal missing my chaloopas! Seriously? I'm not driving 20 min for my food or money. So I call the number and only get a fax? Very displeased to say the least.
