I have had 2 bad experiences at Subway in Streator Illinois the 1st time I had called on my lunch break I ordered 1 12" sub and asked them to have it ready as soon as possible because that is why I am calling I only had 15 minutes to get there and back and didn't have time to wait in line so I wanted it ready when I got there and I do this all the time by the way and it has never been an issue before..The employee I spoke to told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour so I refused to submit my order and I did tell him that I did not understand why it would take that long 1I could go in there and have it done within 10 minutes that's so great way to lose buisness..The 2nd time I had order on line and when you do that there's a bunch of condiments already selected for you and if you don't on check them they will put it on your sandwich I had thought I had them all on checked but I missed the mark for ranch apparently Because when I got home I saw the ranch on my sub and instantly called them telling them I did not order ranch and they continued to tell me that I must have because they wouldn't have put it on there otherwise even though I'm pretty sure I had on chucked it and on top of that there were so much ranch that it was dripping out of my sub it was disgusting even if I did like ranch I wouldn't have been able to eat it because there is so much ...i asked them if I could bring it back in and have them make a new one ..i was told no..
after talking to 2 people the 3rd girl I spoke to was completely rude and snobbish towards me and told me it was all my fault and there's no way they can do anything about it needless to say I'm done going to Subway in this town
