Steak 'n Shake Enterprises / product & service
When in the drive-thru, we (my family and me) had to repeat our long list of food three times with three different people responding to our order. We had short, snippy responses after we finished listing our order for the final time. We took roughly 10 minutes to list our order because they continually messed it up. We waiting in line to pay and receive our food for 10 minutes. While by the window, we overheard a few employees complain about our order and how long it was. When we finally got our food, it was sloppy and missing several items on our burgers. The packets of frys were sparse. The women who gave us our food was very curt and short with us and was obviously annoyed. Not even a thank you after we left very dissatisfied.
