Steak 'n Shake - wait staff

On July 3, 2019, at 6:05 we entered the Steak and Shake in Clermont, FL which was maybe half full of customers. Our order was taken pretty soon, and then it was 45 minutes and following my inquiry with the manager before we finally received some of our order. We had ordered a chilli mac, taco salad, and two kids meals (mac/cheese and a burger). Later we ordered some shakes, and again I had to inquire what happened to our order with the manager. Took forever. App to me the waitresses were very unattentive, and the kitchen staff was sending food out the drive-thru steadily, but ignoring the inside customers! Spoke with manager on way out and she gave some lame excuse about training new people, but that was clearly not happening! So recommend you do not eat at Clermont Steak and Shake unless you are having a family reunion with lots of time!

Steak 'n Shake - bad service, wrong order

So I went to Steak ‘n Shake to pick u my order and then after a little while I realized that I did not have the good order so I decided to call them and I ask them to make sure the order will be ready when I come back so I went back to the store and picked up what I was missing I had to wait a little while the food was being made and I ask the men that was standing in front of me doing nothing if he could give me a cup of water because I was really thirsty and my pregnancy was giving me a hard time and what he told me was that he was not the one who is suppose to take care of water and he walked away. I was talking to a guy who was waiting for his order and he told me that it was so unacceptable to have this kind of service in those kind of restaurent. I think the service was really bad because you are always suppose to give the costumer what they want and it was only a cup of water it would of took him about 30 seconds, me working with customers everyday at work i agree that you are not always feeling like it but for me the priorities are to always respect the costumer and give them a good service.
