Pizza Hut pizza

Okay so I enjoy Pizza Hut as my go to pizza chain, and the few times that I am able to order a pizza 1/3 of the time it's a mistake with my order. This happeneds to me at least 3 times and this bothers me that I want to resolve this issue. My parents believe it's a target on me when I order because it's either the topping wrong and the type of pizza, it's always something is wrong when I order pizza and I really just want to get this issue resolved

Pizza Hut not receiving pizza

I ordered a pizza & it was placed out for delivery at 5:58, scheduled for a 6:50 pm delivery. The rude delivery guy didn't show up until 8:05 with cold pizza & expected me to pay for it. I called the store & got even more worse customer service & was told nothing could be done about the situation. i was also told that they're not like domino's when i never even mentioned Domino's. Worst service ever!

Pizza Hut missing toppings

I ordered from Pizza Hut online on Dec 16. My order number is 3171216161653001181026160.
I ordered the big dinner box and one of my pizzas was supposed to have pepperoni and sausage but the sausage was missing. I call the Pizza hut store and they tell me they will put a $5 credit in my account and they did not apologize for the mistake! I tell her I would like the credit to go back to my bank account and she said they couldn't do that so I settle for her offer. The next day, I check my account and I don't have any $5 credit in my account. This is really annoying I just want my $5 refunded to my bank card!

Pizza Hut burbank pizza hut and customer service number!

This is [censor]! I order from you guys and had to deal with a very rude person who screwed up my order and didnt care. Talked to manager and he didnt care then tried to call customer service number and it connects me to a bunch of add for tmobile and dish and other! What the [censor] is wrong with you? Does pizza hut not care for its customers? If that's the case I will never order from pizza hut again and usually we order weekly! Customers deserve to be treated way better for spending hard rarned money on ur food! Need contacted and issues fixed or I will never give money to ur company again!

Pizza Hut must read

My name is Daniel lock. I live in ladson SC. I used to buy pizza hut at least twice a month. For the whole family! A regular. I recently tried to order my usual order and the manger told me that corporate had reconstructed the delivery route and I quote "I live in a dead zone" I do not understand becuase i live right in the middle of alot of neighborhoods! In fact I have three pizza huts all within three miles of my house and they all say the same thing, sorry we dont deliver there!? ITS LESS THAN 3 MILES?! Really don't make sense to me. So unless someone from Charleston SC pizza hit can make it right I will no longer buy pizza hut. Thank you for your time reading this. You have lost a loyal customer who will now enjoy papa johns

Pizza Hut incorrect pizza and poor customer service

Per my order #3171218181714001184027124 placed on December 18th, 2017 at 6:17, I received the incorrect order. I contacted my local store at [protected] and spoke to Jasmine who advised me this happen to her the other day and placed my on a 18 minute hold. I finally got to a live person who advised me that he could remake me another pizza but it would be 120 minute delivery wait which would make my delivery time 9;pm. I understand this is a Monday and pizza is in high demand but this is unacceptable. I used a service that you provided that seems to be broke, due to this has happened to me not once but twice now. I understand errors happen but to punish me and make me wait 2 hours to deliver the correct pizza that was not my error is not right. The gentleman also stated he would place a credit on my account but I have to use it within 20 days or I loose the credit. I advised him to disregard making me a new pizza for tonight because it would be 9:30 before the pizza got here and my kids would be in bed. I hope in the future your store will provide better customer service and take ownership of their errors . Pizza Hut pizza

I stopped at Pizza Hut on route 11 north Syracuse after a long day I live in central Square and ordered a large pepperoni lover and 2 orders of bread sticks, needless to say spent $30 dollars and got home it was a medium pizza no extra pepperoni on it and breadsticks with no sauce. I mean come on if I hadn't had a long tiring day and live a ways away I would of went back and got a refund. You spend that much money you would expect to get what you ordered. Worse Pizza Hut ever.

Pizza Hut the cleaning to din in?

We got thier n sign on the door say's, " Dinner Is Closs" I asked the cashier why was it closed n he said, " Cause the carpet was dirty" n their was no one sitting in the diner. Ok no customers why is no one cleaned it yet? I was really upset cause I like to din while I'm out in about n shopping n enjoy my pizza. I had never experienced anything like that. Had to come hm to eat n go back our to finished doing my X-mas shopping.

Pizza Hut order delivery issue

Today I order
Meal for 4 triple treat box take away with two tuffle cake which order no is 9645024.
When I reached ur outlet, staff say to me about my order, u don't pay for tuffle cake. Pay 140 for that. When I complained then he give me cake. During this my packed pizza gone cold. When I pay full amount then why I face this. I m ur regular customer

Pizza Hut poor service

We come to dine in seat down and was provide with menus. We waited 5-10 minutes for someone to come take our drink orders there was 4 girls standing around talking while there was no other customers in the restaurant. We waited another 5 minuets to see if someone would come and take our drink and our food order. We got up and left as we where walking out the door the girl was quick enough to come to the table to get the menu. We went to another Pizza Hut location got seated and got excellent service we won't be going to that Pizza Hut again after the poorly service we received.

Pizza Hut poor customer service

I am a regular customer attempting to place and order and the person that answers the phone is very unprofessional.(Sunday, Dec. 17 approx -4:00pm) The more questions I asked the more frustration appeared in her voice.
I immediately became angry and told her that I was contacting CORPORATE on her UNPROFESSIONAL A&& and hung up the phone!

To be treated in such manner is really unacceptable! I will be contacting your competitor for all future pizza orders as you have loss a regular customer!

Pizza Hut my pizza hut reward points

I have been ordering from Pizza hut for many years. Was happy when they got the rewards program. What I'm not happy about is not receiving all my points from a order I placed on September 9, 2017. It's showing no points and a total of 0.00 which I know for sure that day I payed 31.58 and this was during double reward points. Till this day I haven't received those points and have reached out to both store manager and was told to speak to district manager whom I have reached out to and have gotten no response and nothing done about it. What can be done about this?

Pizza Hut you are ripping off people with your point system

I go to check my points from Pizza Hut and you guys are saying that I am paying 13.98 that is incorrect I buy pizza all the time the correct amount is 15.15 and the amount for the next time would have been $17 and it should have been $17.15 but you guys are messing up somewhere in your system I want my points added thats like 30 points missing from my pizza hut rewards probably because you guys don't want to pay them out I noticed all the time the prices changes on the same pizza I get every time.

You don't get points for the sales tax, just the value of the food. I'm guessing $15.98 is 2x$7.99? Isnt there a promotion right now for a medium 2 topping pizza for $7.99?. Did you buy two? That would be $15.98 before tax.

Pizza Hut driver flipped me off

I ordered a large half cheese, half pepperoni pizza. When it arrived it was cold and half beef, half pepperoni I got the drivers attention before she left so she informed me she didn't take the call or make it. I asked if she wanted to see the pizza she said no. So I said you are the laziest bunch in which she got in her car and flipped me off. I contacted the local store manager and she couldn't even answer my complaint or give me the general managers business number. So this is my last resort. And the pizza was a medium not large.

Pizza Hut failure to honor coupon

I received a coupon for a free pizza in my email on 12/10 with no expiration date. I tried using the coupon on 12/15 and again on 12/16. The coupon code would not go through online. I called the Pizza Hut on Hampton in DeSoto, TX, which is the store nearest my home. Although they answered the phone, Pizza Hut, I was told that Pizza Hut had sold the store and they could not honor the coupon.

This makes no sense. How can you send me a coupon and refuse to honor it 5 days later claiming that the store has been sold.

Received coupon in email but store refused to honor coupon claiming the store has been sold. They answered the phone Pizza Hut so how are they still Pizza Hut if the store was sold? They sent me the coupon and are now lying.

Pizza Hut pizza

My pizza was totally burned veggies were black. Terrible. I eat here 2 to 3 times a month and always awesome pizza. Disappointing. They say my report is to short. Ok, I can't get a good pizza that I ordered and spent good money on. I waste my time going to pick it up and bring it home to be unable to eat. I waste more time on here something I never to to be compensated. What a company.

Pizza Hut customer service representative and order

I ordered around 4pm and at 7:30 pm still no pizza. Attempted 3 different orders and still no pizza. The last call said there was no information for the order and for manager and was transferred to my local store. Assist manager said it's a 2 in a half waiting time and we would receive our order around 9 pm. I just gave up at this point. There was no trying to accommodate on neither party, the customer service representative or store assistant manager. After telling them that my first order at 4pm was sent to the wrong address, then second call to reorder, then third call I'm informed with incorrect information about the order from customer service representative, then assistant manager tells me order hasn't been made and I would wait 2 more hours. I cancelled the whole idea of pizza night.

Pizza Hut employees

Went into Talladega, Al. store unit # 031691 at noon on 14 Dec 2017. There was someone sitting at a table eating. No employees in sight. All of a sudden the big guy eating gets up and goes to a register, but says nothing to us. He has no name tag or anything. We tell him what we want, and he still says nothing to us but goes to the take out window. Then a young lady comes from the back to the take out window. We are wanting to pay, but nobody says anything. Then the guy mumbles, she'll take your money, it's $17.92 she'll take your money. My husband ordered a Diet Mountain Dew. I asked do we get our own drink or what? The lady just went, uh huh. When we get our pizza, it looked good until we saw the crust. We ordered pan and got thin. We ate it because we were already disgusted by the employees attitudes and wanted no more dealings with them. I had to go up to the counter to ask for napkins. He finally found them in a box above his head. He took a small handful out and laid them on the counter to the left of me. He couldn't even hand them to me. As we were eating someone we knew came in. She walked up to the counter and they handed her personal pan pizza to her. She thanked them, but they said nothing. She said she called her order in. She went to the drive thru and her pizza still wasn't ready. She had to come in the store to get it. Another lady came in. She mouthed to us, "Where is everybody?" I said, back there somewhere's and good luck getting anybody to speak to you. She said the same thing as our friend. She called it in, and went to the drive up window but no one came to the window so she came inside to get it. She said, oh this place is not going to last long.
It is really too bad that these people are representing Pizza Hut. It has always been our favorite Pizza Place, but doubt seriously that we will ever go to that store again. Your representatives there don't smile, don't talk, that's rude, their uniforms were not neat. One employee didn't even have a name tag. The other ones name tag said, she was a general manager. What was he, because he was ordering her around? If this is how your stores are going to be run from now on. Bye, see ya, wouldn't want to be ya. Someone is asleep at the wheel. Your management team is extremely dysfunctional. Too too BAD!

Pizza Hut my order last night

Last night I ordered at 445 pm, it took my pizza over 1 hour to get here, then ended up with a dryed out thin crusted pep pizza and burnt cold cheese breadsticks. It was just awful tasting and not what we ordered. I feel like for the time and the price, it should not have been wrong, nor should it have looked like and tasted like over microwaved pizza and cheese sticks. Im pretty disgusted and disappointed with Pizza hut over this and just the over all experiences for the past year, Im really just not even wanting to deal with pizza hut anymore.

Pizza Hut pizza and french fries

Hello, I know you all are very busy so I won't take to much of your time. My mother ordered me a medium pepperoni with hut flavored crust (my favorite). Fries and medium wings unfortunately when I got the order my pizza looked like it had been sitting for some time and there was no crust flavor. My fries were soggy and tasted stale, is there any way I can have this fixed in some way?
