Pizza Hut food

We have ordered from the same pizza hut for years. Its a hit or miss on some orders. Today we received our food. We ordered buffalo wings mild and honey bbq both all cold. They barely had any sauce on them. We also ordered the garlic knots. The ends were so hard that we broke it off to try to eat the inside but also they were cold. We ordered mozzarella sticks. They dont even feel like they were even baked or fried. They were cold as well. I looked at our receipt to find the survey code to do the survey not for the 10 off but to make known that pizza hut service is going down hill. We will not order for a long time. We will be going to papa murphys or papa johns.

Pizza Hut delivery/food/lack of customer service

I did an on-line order for the Pizza Hut on Illinois Ave in Oak Cliff in Dallas at approx. 5:30PM, Food Arrived after 7PM and it was all cold (2 Pizzas, 2 pastas, 2 wings and garlic knots) I called the store and after being on hold 50 minutes drove to the store where I waited 40 more minutes. My refunded was processed at 9:45PM. Over 4 hours later.

Pizza Hut I am complaining about the unprofessional employee

On 29th of December 2018, my parents and I went to one of the Kelantan Pizza Hut near the HUSM . We ordered 3 meals and there wasn't a lot of customers. The pizza came but there's still 2 other food that they didn't serve to us . We waited more than 30 minutes just to get a crispy fries and chicken but there's no sign it has been cooked. Other than that, the employee were really loud and rude . They talked as if there's no other people in the restaurant. The customer service were also poor . I hope Pizza hut can employ anyone that more professional and know more manner towards customers.

Pizza Hut complete wrong order

We've visited your starke location and were given a pepperoni and plain cheese pizza when we ordered to meet lovers and breadsticks with the breadsticks weren't there either. We live about 60 miles away and by the time we realized it was wrong we were too far to turn around. I tried calling numerous times and could never get an answer and would really like for someone to make this right.

Pizza Hut pizza hut building

The Pizza Hut located at 4101 10th St. - Great Bend, KS 67530 has cock roaches and mice in it. They have never reported it. They are trying to set off "Pest Bombs" and take care of it themselves. I think people should know. I will never eat at that Restaurant. Not only does it have bugs and mice, the people there are rude - mess up your order, and never offer a "Sorry" of any type of compensation!

To whom it may concern,
As a former pizza Hut employee [protected]), I am very disappointed in the service we received on December 22, 2018 from the pizza hut located at 905 East Rand Road, Ste 600, North of Central Road, Mount Prospect Illinois, with the order number - YOUR ORDER - 3181222184153001402034089
On December 22, 2018 @ 6:40pm I made an order on line of 2 pizzas, 4- 20 litter bottles of pop and 1 order of chicken wings. In the process of receiving our order of food that arrived cold with the boxes wet due to condensation at 8:55 pm we were lied to several times, and when I requested a refund, I was told several times that our food was almost here. I believe the first person I spoke to I only spoke to once. The second person I spoke to gave me the name of Gabby and told me that I could speak to the general manager Delilah later the next day. I have not spoken to anyone since.
1. 6:40pm: ordered pizza = webpage promised pizza with-in 25-35 minutes
2. 7:42 pm received an email stating, "Thanks Rebecca. Your order will be delivered on DECEMBER 22, 8:00PM"
3. 7:45 pm: I called and was told that pizza was delayed because of large order from Walmart and that they were sorry but it would arrive in 20 minutes. (this reason was told to me several times through out the next 2 hours)
4. 8:16 pm: called to find out where pizza is. I was told pizza left 20 minutes ago and will arrive hot and fresh. When I explained that I was told that before I was told that she would get back to me. She called back quickly to tell me the driver had to fix his tire, then told me that she didn't believe him.
5. 8:27 pm: called to locate pizza. I was told that pizza left 20 minutes ago and will arrive in 20 minutes (NOTE: I live 2 miles from the store)
6. 8:55 pm pizza delivered cold without the pop ordered, the box was wet with cold pizza inside. The wings we ordered in a squished (most likely from being hot and cooled from time) container. I asked the driver when he left: He told me he left the store 2 minutes before. I asked the driver if he had a flat tire. He said he did not.
7. 9:05 pm: called back to let them know pop did not make it here. I was told, "you are getting the $50 credit, so…." This left me to assume that the pop would not arrive. I asked for my money back and I want the pop we ordered. She did not confirm that the pop would be delivered. She also accused me of taking pictures of the driver's car. That would have been impossible due to the fact that I met the driver inside our very large apartment building with-out my phone or camera. I never received my refund.
8. 9: 15 pm: pop arrived. The driver looked very harassed and upset.
In my 50 years I have never had such bad customer service.
I was told that I am being given a $50 credit. I do not want this. I will not order from this store again. I want my money back. This could have been prevented by communication and the truth. Obviously, some of the staff hired at this store do not possess the ability to be honest.

I look forward to gaining my refund ASAP.

Pizza Hut veggie not available on pizza hut and provide pizza after 3 hours

We ordered pizza at 22nd December, at Pizza Hut civil lines branch. It took almost three hours for them to deliver our order. We complained two times our complain number being 82 and 93. Even then we got no proper response. We ordered twice. And both the orders took plenty of time. When the rider arrived their credit card machine wasn't even working. The rider called us to come outside. We did and waited 15 minutes in cold later receiving a text from the rider to wait five more minutes that ended to be half an hour. The manager and their rest of the team was so irresponsive.

Pizza Hut fraudulent use of debit card

My name is Lillian Patricia Williams. I live at 6803 Yorkdale Court, Lithonia, GA 30058. I can be reached telephonically at [protected]/[protected].
On December 19th 2018, I used my debit card (3834) to order a large meatlover's Pizza for delivery in between 8pm and 9pm. This was my only transaction on 19 December 2018.
I went to Office Depot the next day to send a fax and when I went to pay for my fax with this debit card it was declined this took place on Dec. 20, 2018. I automatically and immediately called Wells Fargo because I knew I had money in my account. Wells Fargo stated that they suspended my card because there was some suspicious activity today. Wells Fargo also stated that the last time the card was used was Dec. 19, 2018, at Pizza Hut (when I ordered my pizza), and before the 19th of Dec. I used my card last on December the 13th, 2018. They also stated that there were 2 transactions(1. for $93 and 1. for $113) today (Dec. 2f0). I let them know that I did not use my card for those transactions, They stated that the person went on line to order from Simply Fashion. I am writing this email so that you know there is a thief working in store #026405 .I will continue to use this Pizza Hut because I like your pizza compaired to others. I will not be using my Debit Card.

Pizza Hut horrible customer service

We had a coupon so we ordered two delivery pizzas. We then waited 1 1/2 hours for them and when we called to see the status they did not even cook them. The girl that answered said my driver said he "don't" deliver that far out. We are 4 miles from the store? I said don't you think someone should have called us and told us that? She stammered and shuddered then said I will let you talk to the manager and never came back. Ten minutes later I hung up. They are rude, lazy and will never have my business again. Pizza Town always delivers promptly here and their pizza is much better!?!?!?!?!

Pizza Hut pizza order

On Friday, December 14, 2018 I made an order of two medium sized pizzas, eight bone out honey bbq wings and a bowl of chicken afredo pasta. My order was over 38 minuets late AND my pizza was not hot. The pizzas did not look fresh. You can clearly tell that it was reheated. Also, the cut of the slices were rushed and uneven. After all of the wait time they only offered me $5 off of my entire order.

Saya dah call hotline [protected] sebanyak 3 kali tapi pesanan saya tetap tak sampai sehingga jam 09:00 pm. I'm talking to haslina on the phone and she said, dia remark number yang i kasi dia untuk call to let rider knew who to call if they cant reach account user's number. Do you think i have more time to wait? at last saya cancel online order and terus pergi ke outlet di presint 15 and again i need to wait for 15 minutes for 2 pizzas and 3 soups. Im still good until saya balik and ready to eat, i dapat salah pizza. Omg this is so unacceptable! saya dah tunggu almost 2 hours for my pizza but then i went to the store to buy myself, still i dapat yang salah? seriously? your outlet dekat putrajaya memang worst ever pizza hut ive been in klang area. Last time i order delivery juga, but i got mushroom soups yang basi. Last time juga i dine-in at ioi city mall, ordered your speg tapi lepas i makan few suap, i nampak serpihan plastic container dalam my food. Worst! memang worst sangat. And your staff dekat ioi city mall store sangat rude! plus i nak tegur pasal your online sistem. Can u please update ur gps?! kawasan rumah i, apartment ppa1m selasih is available to order online before this, but why bila i search takda? excuse me? do you think i have much time to wait for my food? my parents have an allergic. Pizza Hut took my money then canceled my order

Angelica from the Perris Blvd branch lied to me and told me she was the manager then tells me the manager will been in in 2 hours. My card was charged then they canceled my order for no reason at all. They called me and I called right back. I asked for them to re make the order and she told me she couldn't do that because it was voided. I would have paid again but she refused to re take the order. First she tells me 2 hours for my money to be put back then she tells me 2days.

Pizza Hut phone order

Around 8 o'clock tonight, Friday 12/7/2018, I called the local Pizza Hut in Ligonier, Indiana an ordered 2 Personal Pan Supreme Pizzas. The girl pulled up my phone number and told me what we had order our last order and it was also 2 Personal Pan Supreme Pizzas and the cost would be 10.68 as usual and it could be picked up in 15 minutes, same as always. When my husband came back he was carrying a Medium Supreme Pizza and they told him it was the same price as the two personal pan pizzas. I don't know and doubt if this is true, because unlike the other pizza companies, your company does not put the prices by the product. The point I am making is that every Friday night my husband and I order 2 Personal Pan Supreme Pizzas. If I wanted Medium pizza that is what I would have ordered. I do not like your bigger pizzas and neither does my husband, because they are to doughy, but we love the Personal Pans and that is all that we order. Our kids order other pizza, but we only order the Personal Pan. If we lived in a large town I would understand them doing this, but we live in a very small town, delivery and pick up only, and it takes a whole five minutes to drive across town to the Pizza Hut and less than that if you hit the one green light and and we have one phone code 894 and they should have and could have called when they found out they had "ran out" of personal pan pizza dough, instead of making a different size and thinking we would be happy with it. I still cannot understand how they ran out of personal pan dough, because I thought that your company would use the same dough for all of your pizza. Here is what I think, I believe they did not want to make more dough for the personal pan pizzas. Calling back a customer when you cannot make their order ought to be a standard rule. We have decided that we will find another restaurant to order from on Fridays. I thank you for your time reading this and want to thank you for the peanut butter sandwich that I had for supper tonight that cost me 10.68.

I ordered on 12-03-2018 I waited 3 hours for my food I ordered a stuffed crust and plenty more items. when my food arrived my pizza was not a stuffed crust and my wings had no sauce after 11 failed attempts to contact the store I stopped calling, I called the next morning and a male named josh answered and told me there was not a manager available and he would take my info for Isaiah the manager to call me back still no call here we are at 12-06-18 I called and spoke to Isaiah who gave me the corporate number with a really bad attitude all I want is my order replaced . my contact number is [protected]

Pizza Hut extremely bad service; overcharged me; refusal to make it right

On Saturday at approximately 3:15 I placed an on-line order for the special large 2-top for $7.99 and chicken wings (bone in). The computer said it would be delivered in about 45 minutes. An hour later I called and was told the order was returned to the store. They had called a number and the person said they had no ordered pizza. I have been ordering from Pizza Hut for years, and this particular Pizza Hut for over 4 years. I live in a well known apartment complex. There was just no excuse for this. The manager said the order would be remade and delivered to us. About 50 minutes later a delivery person came to the door with an order that was not even close to mine. And it was cold. After much complaining, (it should be noted, the complaining was me - the delivery person was polite) the delivery person called in the right order (I listened). Now its 3 hours later and another delivery person shows up. The pizza is right, but the wings are boneless. I just gave up and gave her a tip. Imagine my surprise when I found a charge for over $34 on my card (my on line order was a little over $20). Fraud much? Theft much? A call to the store was unbelievable - saying we had to pay for what we ordered. Wow that is just unacceptable. I want my $35 NOW and an apology from that store.

Pizza Hut take out order, not delivered

Ordered 3 pizzas and sides to be delivered to family home, restaurant is 8 min drive from my home.
After waiting 1 hour 30 minutes we call and are told that you canceled the order, NO we did not.
Asked if we wanted to talk to supervisor and said yes ..Why not manager at store?
Normandy BLVD, Jacksonville fl will never receive another order from any in family to many others to choose from.
Then spent even more time on hold to Pittsburg while I'm in FL.

The young lady also who we spoke to agreed order was never cancelled .

After waiting online to chad in Pittsburgh he says sorry refunded and maybe a discount on another order .NO WAY

Terrible customer service another customer lost.

I got a confirmation email at 10:23pm my order did not get here til 12:15am I made 2 calls and spoke with a manager named Heather who represents your brand and product she was very rude and inconsiderate of the time length that I was waiting for a order that was told it would be here in an hour she was so rude she hung up on me when I asked how she would feel if she placed an order and it still wasn't delivered and it was going on 2 hours...she was yelling at me and hung up...I am very upset with this service and she needs to be trained again on how to manage in certain situations

Pizza Hut almost 2 hour delivery

On [protected] . I had to called my local Pizza Hut Store asking why is it taking over 1 1/2 wait time for an pizza delivery order? The store phone personal was rude. I was told that Pizza Hut drivers did not show up at work today. If I had called in and placed an order on the phone. I would be told on the phone 2 hour or more delivery time . Nerveless, I placed this order online(3181201173058001312029933) eta delivery time fully marked in red 30 to 45 minutes on the website. 1 large pizza and 1 order of 6 pieces wings for $30.00 dollars. After an 1hr and 45 minutes later. I did received an dry and cold pizza. Pizza Hut driver never given me my receipt. As an consumer. This not acceptable. Poor service all the way around. Please note Pizza Corp. I paid for your product and your delivery charges. I am not never happy with either. Thank you for your time and understanding.

Pizza Hut pizza hut management

Management at That Pizza Hut is very unprofessional, and disrespectful, and the cleanliness is terable . Manager worries about relationships more then taking orders and fixing them in that store .. that store needs to be closed down for good food be cold every time I get it or it be fixed poorly or Wrong at that . Something needs to take place fast! P.s Manager answering co workers phone arguing with them and just total rediculousness .Amanda and Nay is the names ..

Pizza Hut 2 hr delivery??? texas city, tx palmer hwy poor management

Plced order @ 4:18pm on 11/24/18. Rec'd text @ 4:32pm stating on its way. After an hour & 1/2 called c/s & was transferres to store. Was told order coming out of oven & on its way. Waited another 1/2 hr & called store again. Talked w/manager, Ranice, who stated she didnt need an attitude & hung up. Order was rec'd @ 6:10pm. Driver stated he was only driver working on a Saturday evening! Regretfully, I will not order from Pizza Hut again. This was 2nd order placed in 2 wks & 1st order was not made to order. Bottom line - new management is necessary. For a manager to HANG UP ON CUSTOMER is appalling. Corporate needs to investigate & a refund on this order would be appropriate. Ranice is a detriment to your brand & definitely isnt managing c/s with pride. Shameful.
