Pizza Hut / being threatened by a customer upon pickup.

1 Huron, Highbury, London, Ontario, Canada Review updated:

I walked in to pickup a order, there was a person looking at the menu board, after I picked up the order and walked by the person he became rude, threatened me and said let's go outside and settle this. He started to follow me outside, I turned around, went in to ask the manager to call the police. The manager tried to apologize, not taking into account the situation. I am being coaxed to go outside in front of the manager and she isn't taking it seriously. I don't feel safe going back that Pizza Hut.

Let me guess the customer threatening you was black? Think is business managers can no longer call police on menacing black customers without the threat of being fired and black balled from any future employers. You probably noticed the trend here in America after all these whites calling police on blacks for doing ordinary things. The business manager would be better served by physically restraining the menacing black customer themselves until you reach a safe distance away where they can not follow you.

Obviously you did something to provoke the situation.

No one (especially in Canada thanks to your universal health care) just turns to you to start a fight without provocation. What exactly did he say to threaten you?

No one takes things outside anymore, stop living in the 90s.

And... What do you expect the restaurant to do? This dude has nothing to do with the restaurant other than being an apparent customer. The police should have been called.

How can the manager try to apologise while not taking this seriously? I smell a rat.
